Impact Wrestling announced that Rob Van Dam and Sabu would be involved with the company’s United We Stand event during WrestleMania 35 week.
The event, which takes place in New Jersey, will air live on Twitch on April 4. RVD and Sabu will be taking on new Impact Tag Team Champions The Lucha Bros (Pentagon Jr. and Fenix) as part of the live stream airing during WrestleMania week.
Fenix suffers injury at AAW event in Texas
Speaking of The Lucha Bros, Fenix suffered was described as a stinger during last night’s AAW Lucha City Limits in Austin, Texas.
According to F4WOnline, Fenix was injured during a spot while performing a diving cutter. He stayed down after the spot took place and was taken to the back.
The match ended up abruptly ending, which saw Pentagon get the winning pinfall over the team of AR Fox and Myron Reed to capture the AAW Tag Team Championships.
AAW’s Danny Daniels indicated Fenix was doing okay after being taken to a hospital.
