Attorney General Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, who is running for the United States Senate as a Democrat, appears to have fibbed about his military record. Blumenthal has talked about serving in Vietnam at campaign stops, but it has been learned that Blumenthal, in fact, did not service in the war.
