Walter McDonald, who wrestled as Crybaby Waldo and Big Slam Vader, passed away today. He was 54 years old.
The death was confirmed by his wife on her Facebook. She stated that McDonald passed away peacefully. PWInsider reports that McDonald had been battling health issues such as COPD, congestive heart failure, and kidney issues for some time now.
McDonald performed in several promotions throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, including Eastern Championship Wrestling, IPWA, TWA, and CZW. He also promoted his own shows under Slam Championship Wrestling.
