The following is from PWInsider, per fan Mike Whaley who was in attendance at Friday night’s MLP Mayhem TV tapings at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Former IMPACT/TNA World Champion Steve Maclin showed up and defeated Psycho Mike in match. Maclin came back later and interrupted the commentary team on camera. Maclin had a match with Rhino, attacking him on the way to the ring. After the match began, Maclin then maced Rhino and lost via a disqualification. Maclin then continued give Rhino a beat down. He then hit Rhino with a con-chair-to, thus teasing what looks like could be a match against Adam Copeland for Northern Rising on October 3 in Toronto.
TNA announced back on June 7, 2026, the company came to terms with Maclin for his release.
