According to Sherdog.com, UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar will not face challenger Shane Carwin at UFC 106 on November 21st in Las Vegas, NV.
UFC President Dana White reports that “[Lesnar] said he’s never been this sick in his life. He said it’s been going on for a long time and he just hasn?t been able to shake it.”
The Carwin/Lesnar fight was announced last month. Without the headlining heavyweight matchup, UFC 106 still boasts a Light Heavyweight rematch bout between Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin, a Welterweight bout between Karo Parisyan and Dustin Hazelett as well as a Light Heavyweight fight between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (brother of heavyweight Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira) and Luiz Arthur Cane.
