A Block: “The Canadian Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith Jr. w/TAKA vs. Tomoaki Honma

Crowd chants for Honma as the bell sounds. Smith throws Honma down early and poses. Smith with a Belly-to-Belly and poses again. Smith backs Honma into the ropes, but Honma avoids a right hand and hits a series of chops. Smith with a shoulder tackle, but Honma pops right up. Honma with a drop toe hold, a sliding dropkick, but Smith avoids the falling headbutt. They go outside and Smith sends Honma into the barricade, then chokes him with a ringside cable. Smith with a kick to the ribs of Honma. Back in, Smith gains a nearfall. Chinlock applied. Smith with a leg drop, then locks in a half crab with his foot pressed against Honma’s head. Smith has words with the ref, but Honma fights back with chops and forearms. Smith with a gut kick and a big chop that knocks down Honma. Crossface shot by Smith, seated surfboard applied. Crowd wills on Honma, who gets to the ropes. Honma fires back with more forearms, then avoids a running boot by Smith, who gets crotched on the ropes. Smith goes to the apron, but hits a right hand. Smith goes to suplex Honma to the outside, but Honma blocks it. Smith blocks being suplexed back in, but then Honma with a headbutt and a clothesline that sends Smith to the outside. Honma heads up top, KOKESHI TO SMITH!! Ref begins his 20 count and Honma gets in at 8, Smith in at 15. Honma with a running elbow in the corner, followed by a bulldog and this time hits the falling headbutt. Honma goes for the Brainbuster, but Smith blocks it and hits a delayed suplex for a nearfall. Saito by Smith for a nearfall. Smith goes for the Bulldog Bomb, but Honma blocks it. Smith with a knee to the ribs, but Honma with a back elbow, a flying headbutt and a clothesline for a nearfall. Honma heads up top for Kokeshi, but Smith moves out of the way! Both men charge in and clothesline each other at the same time, but then Smith gets the better of Honma with a clothesline for a nearfall. Smith goes again for the Bulldog Bomb, but Honma counters with a Sunset Flip for a nearfall. Honma blocks a big boot and hits a slap, but Smith with a knee to the ribs, followed by a T-Bone.

B Block: NEVER Champion “Mr. Rated R” Yujiro Takahashi vs. “The American Psycho” Lance Archer w/TAKA

Yujiro with a dropkick to the knees of Archer before the bell. Archer begins limping around and shoves Yujiro off. Yujiro with kicks to the leg of Archer, followed by a back club. Archer comes back with the Crackerjack throw. Big back club by Archer, then does some hip swiveling to mock Yujiro. Yujiro then with a front chopblock and taunts the crowd. Yujiro with more kicks to Archer’s injured leg, followed by an elbow drop and a big splash to the leg. Yujiro chokes Archer with his boot in the corner, then goes outside and drives Archer’s leg into the ringpost multiple times. Archer then uses his good leg to send Yujiro into the ringpost face-first. Yujiro goes onto the apron, but blocks a suplex back in and hits another kick to Archer’s injured leg. Back in, Yujiro stakes out Archer’s leg across the bottom rope and drops his body weight across it. Yujiro kicks at Archer, then paintbrushes him. Half crab applied by Yujiro. Archer almost reaches the ropes, but Yujiro pulls him back to the center. Archer powers out and applies his own half crab, but Yujiro gets to the ropes. Yujiro goes back to the injured leg with a shot, then does more paintbrushing. This fires Archer up, who yells at Yujiro to bring it. Yujiro goes back to the leg, but Archer catches him off the ropes with a spinebuster, followed by a running shoulder tackle. Archer calls for the Chokeslam, but Yujiro fights out. Archer then hits the F’N Slam for a nearfall. Archer goes for the Blackout, but Yujiro slips out and hits an Olympic Slam for a nearfall. Yujiro with a running boot in the corner, then goes for the Fisherman’s Buster, but Archer blocks it. Yujiro goes back to Archer’s injured leg, then slips out of a suplex and hits a chopblock. Clothesline, then Yujiro goes for Miami Shine, but Archer fights out. Texas Tornado by Archer for a nearfall. Archer places Yujiro up top and goes again for the Blackout, but Yujiro fights out and shoves the ref down. Archer goes again for the Chokeslam, but Yujiro with a low blow while the ref was down. Yujiro sends Archer into the ref in the corner, then hits him with a low kick.

Inside Cradle by Yujiro as the ref comes to for the win.

Crowd chants for Nagata as the bell sounds. Gallows with a right hand, a side headlock and a shoulder tackle early. Nagata avoids an elbow drop and stomps away at Gallows. Gallows with a gut shot and a throat thrust. Knucklelock applied, Gallows with the advantage. Nagata comes back, but Gallows takes him down. Nagata then takes Gallows over with a suplex. Running boot by Nagata sends Gallows over the ropes and to the outside. Nagata goes out after him and hits a series of jabs, but Gallows sends him into the barricade. Overhand chop, back club and a throat thrust by Gallows. Back in, Gallows with an avalanche in the corner, followed by a short-arm clothesline for a nearfall. Big splash by Gallows for a nearfall. Series of elbows to the chest of Nagata by Gallows, chinlock applied, crowd wills on Nagata. Nagata fights out, but Gallows catches him off the ropes with a back elbow, then mocks Nagata’s salute. Leaping leg drop by Gallows for a nearfall. Nagata fights back, but Gallows with more throat thrusts. Nagata catches Gallows charging in with a chest kick. Series of leg kicks by Nagata, then evades a clothesline, feigns a dropkick, hits a slap, followed by a dropkick to the knees of Gallows. Running boot by Nagata, followed by the Exploder of Justice for a nearfall. Gallows blocks a suplex, but Nagata with a kick to the leg. Gallows tries to charge in the corner, but can’t do so due to the damage done to his leg. Nagata charges in, but Gallows with a big boot, followed by a clothesline for a nearfall. Gallows Pole by Gallows, but Nagata kicks out! Nagata goes back to the leg with kicks, followed by a slap. Gallows goes for another Gallows Pole, but Nagata slips out and locks in the Fujiwara armbar with the eyes rolling back in his head. Gallows gets to the ropes. Nagata with a spin kick that backs Gallows into the corner, followed by the Justice Knee. Nagata goes for the Backdrop Hold, but Gallows fights it with elbows. Nagata with a release German for a nearfall. Nagata goes again for the Backdrop Hold, but Gallows again blocks it. Throat thrust by Gallows, followed by a pump kick.

Both charge in as the bell sounds and clothesline each other at the same time multiple times. Makabe then knocks down Tenzan with a clothesline. Makabe stomps away at Tenzan, but Tenzan fights back. Series of Mongolian Chops by Tenzan knock down by Makabe. Downward chop by Tenzan sends Makabe to the outside. Tenzan goes out after him and hits a double sledge to the back, followed by a series of chops. Makabe sends Tenzan into the barricade, then clotheslines him into the crowd! Makabe gets back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Tenzan just BARELY gets back in at the count of 19. Makabe stomps away at Tenzan, followed by a series of right hands. Suplex by Makabe for a nearfall. Chinlock applied, Tenzan gets to the ropes. More right hands by Makabe, then Tenzan fights back. Both men yell at each other to bring it, then Makabe with a knee to the ribs. Makabe off the ropes, but Tenzan catches him with the Mountain Bomb. More Mongolian Chops by Tenzan back Makabe into the corner. Series of headbutts and stomps by Tenzan in the corner. Clothesline in the corner by Tenzan, then he heads up top. Calf Branding by Tenzan for a nearfall. Suplex by Tenzan for a nearfall. Tenzan flips off Makabe, but Makabe comes back with a powerslam. Clothesline in the corner by Makabe, followed by a series of clothesline shots. 10 punches in the corner by Makabe, but Tenzan blocks the Northern Lights. Makabe off the ropes, but Tenzan catches him with the spinning heel kick. Saito by Tenzan, then he heads up top and hits the diving headbutt for a nearfall. Anaconda Vice applied, but Makabe gets to his feet. Makabe fights out and they exchange strikes. Tenzan with more Mongolian Chops, then blocks 2 clothesline attempts by Makabe and hits a headbutt. Tenzan off the ropes, but Makabe catches him with a double sledge. Powerbomb by Makabe, then he heads up top.

B Block: Minoru Suzuki w/TAKA vs. “The Stardust Genius” Tetsuya Naito

Chain wrestling early. Suzuki with a side headlock, but Naito takes him down and applies his own side headlock. Suzuki counters out with a headscissors, Naito gets free and we have a stalemate. Naito catches a leg kick by Suzuki, but Suzuki backs him into the ropes and slaps him. Naito then comes back with a dropkick that sends Suzuki to the outside. Naito tries to go out after him, but TAKA grabs his leg. Suzuki kicks Naito off the apron, then DRILLS him with a running apron kick! Kimura applied by Suzuki on the outside. Suzuki has words with the ref, then sends Naito into the barricade. Running boot by Suzuki, then he traps Naito’s leg in the barricade. Naito gets free, but Suzuki chokes him with one of the banners hung up around the barricade. Suzuki again has words with the ref, then throws the banner at Naito and nails him with a right hand. Back in, Suzuki with a series of kicks to the back of Naito, but it only fires Naito up. Strike exchange, then Suzuki with a kick to the leg, followed by a chest kick for a nearfall. Knee strike by Suzuki, but Naito motions at him to bring it. Series of right hands by Suzuki, but Naito with a big slap. Suzuki charges in, but Naito with a hiptoss, followed by a sliding dropkick. Snapmare by Naito, followed by a running senton. Naito heads up top and hits Suzuki with a missile dropkick that backs Suzuki into the corner. Naito knocks TAKA off the apron, then hits a running dropkick in the corner on Suzuki. Naito goes to the apron and tries for the slingshot dropkick, but Suzuki grabs his leg in mid-air and pulls back on it while standing on the bottom rope! Naito fights back, but Suzuki catches a kick, takes down Naito and locks in a leg grapevine in the middle of the ring. Naito almost reaches the ropes, but Suzuki pulls him back to the center. Naito with a series of slaps to Suzuki, but Suzuki puts more pressure on the hold. Naito tries to turn over to his belly, but Suzuki brings him right back over and grabs Naito’s free leg in the hold. Naito finally gets to the ropes to force a break. Suzuki stomps away at Naito’s injured leg, then goes for another leglock, but Naito is in the ropes. Suzuki goes to pull him to the center, but Naito fires back with an enziguri. Running dropkick in the corner by Naito, then this time hits the slingshot dropkick from the apron. They head up top and exchange strikes, with Suzuki knocking Naito off the ropes. Naito charges in, but Suzuki grabs his arm and takes him down with a flying armbar! Naito quickly gets to the ropes. Naito catches a kick, but Suzuki locks him in a Sleeper. Naito quickly gets out, but Suzuki goes off his blind side. Naito avoids another Sleeper attempt, Backlund Bridge for a nearfall, but Suzuki quickly back in the Sleeper. Suzuki goes for the Gotch Piledriver, but Naito slips out and hits a Koppo Kick. Naito with a flying forearm, followed by scoop reverse DDT. Naito heads up top for the Stardust Press, but Suzuki moves out of the way! Suzuki with a big slap, then blocks a wheelbarrow attempt and hits a headbutt to the back of Naito’s head, followed by a sliding kick!

SAKA OTOSHI APPLIED!! NAITO TAPS!!

A Block: IWGP Intercontinental Champion “The Underboss” Bad Luck Fale vs. “The Mad Dog” Katsuyori Shibata

Fale attacks Shibata before the bell. Series of gut shots by Fale in the corner. Crowd chants for Shibata. Crossface shots to the neck by Fale in the corner, then he stands on Shibata’s back. Fale menaces the ref, then gains a nearfall. More gut shots by Fale in the corner, then he paintbrushes Shibata. Shibata avoids a charge in the corner, hits a forearm and yells at Fale to bring it. Strike exchange, Shibata gains advantage with a slap. Shibata off the ropes three times, but Fale with 3 big boots. Fale off the ropes, but Shibata catches him with a kitchen sink. Fale blocks a German attempt and hits a back elbow. Shibata takes Fale down and locks in an Ankle Lock with the leg grapevined, Fale gets to the ropes. Shibata locks in the Sleeper, but Fale counters out with a side slam. Fale with an avalanche in the corner, followed by a big splash for a nearfall. Fale calls for the Bad Luck Fall and goes for it, but Shibata slips out and hits a series of elbows to Fale in the corner. Shibata charges in and hits the hestitation dropkick! Fale blocks a Butterfly and tries again for the Bad Luck Fall, but Shibata again slips out and locks back in the Sleeper. Fale gets to the ropes, but Shibata with a chest kick. Shibata goes for the PK, but Fale catches it and hits a Samoan Drop. Fale goes again for the Bad Luck Fall, this time to the outside, but Shibata slips out again and hits a flying kick to Fale that sends him over the ropes and to the outside! Shibata starts to go out after Fale, but Fale goozles him. Both are on the apron and Fale hits Shibata with the GRENADE ON THE APRON!! Both are down as the ref begins his 20 count. Fale gets in at 13, then Shibata climbs on the apron, but Fale clotheslines him off the apron, sending Shibata crashing into the barricade!

Ref reaches the count of 20 and Shibata is counted out. Crowd is NOT HAPPY about this.

A Block: “The King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura vs. NWA Tag Team Champion Satoshi Kojima

Kojima with a side headlock takeover early. Nakamura counters out with a headscissors, Kojima gets to the ropes. Nakamura backs Kojima into the ropes and rubs his face against Kojima’s stomach. Kojima then fires back with a shoulder tackle. Kojima stomps away at Nakamura, then sends him to the outside. Kojima goes out after him, but Nakamura with a knee to the ribs. Nakamura places Kojima by the barricade and hits another knee to the ribs. Nakamura drapes Kojima across the ring apron and then hits a running knee to the ribs. Nakamura goes to the apron, but Kojima sweeps his leg out! Kojima with more stomps to Nakamura, followed by a knee to the ribs. Ref is at 18 and both men are able to get back in before the count of 20. Chinlock applied by Kojima while raking his forearm against Nakamura’s face. More stomps by Kojima, then hits a series of chops in the corner. Kojima hits the rapid-fire chops on Nakamura, followed by the running elbow in the corner. Kojima heads up top and hits the top rope elbow drop for a nearfall. Nakamura with a toe kick, then they exchange strikes. Nakamura knocks down Kojima with the Superman forearm. Nakamura kicks at Kojima, but Kojima with a big forearm. Kojima off the ropes, but Nakamura catches him with a one-legged dropkick. More knees to the ribs by Nakamura in the corner, followed by the shaky boot dealy-a-bob. Nakamura places Kojima across the top rope, then charges and hits the running knee to the ribs for a nearfall. Nakamura locks in a Sleeper, then goes for the reverse suplex, but Kojima counters out with a DDT. Nakamura with another knee to the ribs, but Kojima avoids a head kick and hits an Ace Crusher. Kojima goes to remove his elbow pad, but Nakamura with a backstabber, then locks back in the Sleeper. Nakamura then this time hits the reverse suplex. Nakamura calls for the Boma-Ye, but Kojima avoids it and hits a Northern Lariat to Nakamura in the corner. They head up top, SUPER ACE CRUSHER by Kojima, Nakamura kicks out! Kojima goes for a Brainbuster, but Nakamura blocks it. Kojima with a knee to the ribs, but Nakamura with a knee to the head to slip out of another Brainbuster attempt. Kojima catches a kick by Nakamura in the corner, but Nakamura with a back heel kick. Nakamura goes to the middle rope, 2ND ROPE BOMA-YE!! 1-2…KOJIMA KICKS OUT!! Nakamura goes for the Boma-Ye again, but Kojima avoids it and hits a clothesline. Kojima this time hits the Brainbuster for a nearfall. Off comes the elbow pad, Kojima goes for the Lariat, but Nakamura blocks it with his boot. Nakamura off the ropes, but Kojima TURNS HIM INSIDE OUT with a left-arm lariat for a nearfall. Kojima blocks a clothesline, then hits a series of forearms, followed by a rolling elbow.

Kojima goes again for the Lariat, but Nakamura catches him with the BOMA-YE!!! 1-2-3!

B Block: IWGP Tag Team Champion “The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson vs. IWGP Champion “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles

Battle of Bullet Club members here. The two men shake hands and “Too Sweet” each other as the bell sounds. Anderson says Styles is the champion and GOES TO LAY DOWN FOR HIM!! Styles goes to cover him, but Anderson SURPRISES HIM WITH AN INSIDE CRADLE FOR A NEARFALL! Styles is in shock as Anderson begs off, saying he is sorry. They shake hands and hug, but then Styles ROLLS UP ANDERSON FOR A NEARFALL!! Now its Anderson who is upset and Styles says that Anderson did it to him first. Looks like we will have an actual match. Anderson with a side headlock, exchange of armdrags, both miss clotheslines, catch each other’s kick attempts and drop the feet at the same time, signaling a stalemate. Anderson wants another “Too Sweet” hand gesture, but instead, pokes Styles in the eye! Anderson with a shrug and sends Styles to the outside. Anderson goes to send Styles into the barricade, but Styles leaps over it. Styles now with an eye poke, then springs off the barricade, but Anderson catches him. Styles tries to counter out with a rana, but Anderson POWERBOMBS STYLES ON THE APRON!! Anderson gets back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Styles gets in at the count of 12, but goes back outside. Anderson goes for a draping DDT, but Styles slips out and SNAP SUPLEXES ANDERSON INTO THE BARRICADE!! Styles gets back in as the ref starts his 20 count again. Anderson gets back in at the count of 17. Styles with a backbreaker, but Anderson fights back. Anderson with an uppercut, but Styles hits the Phenomenal Dropkick. Styles locks Anderson in a bridging Indian Deathlock, but Anderson gets free. Anderson fights back with forearms and a chop, followed by an uppercut. Styles with a right hand, then sidesteps a back body drop attempt. Styles off the ropes, but Anderson catches him with a spinebuster. Anderson calls for the Brainbuster, but Styles gets free by driving Anderson into the corner. They head up top, with Anderson blocking a superplex and knocking Styles off the ropes. Leaping neckbreaker off the top by Anderson for a nearfall. Anderson goes for the TKO, but Styles slips out. Styles avoids a charge in the corner and hits the springboard forearm for a nearfall. Styles goes for the Styles Clash, but Anderson counters out with a back body drop. Anderson runs into a back elbow in the corner by Styles, then Styles hits the Phenomenon for a nearfall. Styles heads up top, but Anderson stops him with a flying kick. Anderson goes up top with Styles, but Styles blocks a superplex. Both men go to the top rope, then go back down to the middle rope. SUPER TKO by Anderson, but Styles kicks out! Anderson goes for the Gun-Stun, but Styles slips out and hits a spin kick, followed by an enziguri. Strike exchange, Anderson gains advantage, but then Styles hits his rapid-fire strikes. Anderson comes back with an uppercut, but Styles hits the Pele Kick! Styles off the ropes, but Anderson goes off his blind side. Anderson goes again for the Gun-Stun, but Styles slips out. Styles misses a clothesline, then they clothesline each other, both men down. Strike exchange from their knees, then when back on their feet. Anderson with a series of uppercuts, but Styles avoids another flying kick and hits a series of kicks to the back of Anderson. Styles charges in, but Anderson avoids him and hits another flying kick. Anderson goes for a running sit-out powerbomb, but Styles rolls out of it, then goes again for the Styles Clash, but Anderson with a right hand to get free. Styles then takes Anderson down and locks in the Calf Killer! Anderson fights out, but Styles re-applies the hold. Anderson is able to reach the ropes. Styles goes again for the Styles Clash, but Anderson blocks it. Styles with a knee to the ribs, then goes off the ropes, but Anderson catches him with the Bernard Driver! 1-2….STYLES KICKS OUT!! Anderson goes again for the Gun-Stun, but Styles slams him down, then hits Bloody Sunday!

Styles helps up Anderson afterward and Anderson raises his hand. The two “Too Sweet” other and embrace before Anderson leaves Styles to celebrate his win.

A Block: Shelton “X” Benjamin w/TAKA vs. “The Ace of the Universe” Hiroshi Tanahashi

Crowd chants for Tanahashi as the bell sounds. Benjamin with some amateur wrestling to Tanahashi early, Tanahashi gets to the ropes. Benjamin backs Tanahashi into the ropes, but Tanahashi avoids a right hand and hits a series of chops and gut shots in the corner. Benjamin runs into a back elbow, then Tanahashi with a springboard crossbody. Benjamin goes to the outside to regroup. Benjamin pulls Tanahashi outside, but Tanahashi kicks him off into the barricade! Tanahashi goes for a slingshot plancha, but Benjamin catches him in mid-air with an uppercut! Benjamin gorilla presses Tanahashi and drops him ribs-first across the barricade! Back in, Benjamin stomps away at Tanahashi, then hits a short-arm gut shot. Backbreaker by Benjamin for a nearfall. Abdominal Stretch applied by Benjamin, then Benjamin mocks Tanahashi’s air guitar routine by doing it on him. Benjamin chokes Tanahashi with his boot in the ropes, then locks him in a bearhug. Benjamin brings Tanahashi down all the way to the mat and gains a nearfall. Tanahashi fights out, but Benjamin with a knee to the ribs. Benjamin gains a nearfall. Series of gut shots by Benjamin from the mount, but Tanahashi avoids the Stinger Splash in the corner. Tanahashi with a crossbody in the corner, followed by a flying forearm. Tanahashi with a series of forearms, a slam, then goes to the middle rope and hits a senton bomb for a nearfall. Benjamin with another gut shot, then they exchange strikes. Benjamin talks trash, then Tanahashi with a big uppercut. Benjamin tries to send Tanahashi outside, but Tanahashi skins the cat back in. Benjamin is almost sent outside, but he skins the cat back in and hits Tanahashi with the Dragon Whip for a nearfall. Benjamin locks Tanahashi in the Ankle Lock, Tanahashi tries to kick him off, but Benjamin keeps the hold applied. Tanahashi rolls out of the hold and sends Benjamin into the corner. Tanahashi with a dropkick to the knees of Benjamin, then tries to get the blood flowing back in his leg. Tanahashi calls for the Slingblade, but Benjamin avoids it and hits a German for a nearfall. Benjamin goes for Paydirt, but Tanahashi avoids it. Benjamin blocks a Dragon, but Tanahashi hits a Strait-Jacket German for a nearfall. Tanahashi goes again for the Dragon, but Benjamin fights out and hits a superkick for a nearfall. They head up top, Tanahashi blocks a superplex and knocks Benjamin off the ropes. Tanahashi goes for High Fly Flow, but Benjamin moves out of the way! Benjamin locks back in the Ankle Lock, but Tanahashi quickly counters out with a victory roll for a nearfall. Benjamin with another knee to the ribs, but misses a clothesline and Tanahashi this time hits the Slingblade. Tanahashi heads back up top, HIGH FLY FLOW CROSSBODY!!

Dueling chants for both men by the crowd as the bell sounds. Goto with a side headlock. Okada backs him into the ropes, feigns a shot, then shoves Goto and does his pose. Okada with a side headlock, then keeps the hold applied when Goto tries to Irish whip out. Goto fights back, then hits a shoulder tackle. Goto with a hiptoss, then clotheslines Okada to the outside. Goto goes out after him and hits an elbow to the back of the head, followed by a forearm to the back of the head. Okada then sends Goto into the barricade, then hits a boot that sends Goto into the crowd! Okada then hits a draping DDT to Goto on the outside! Okada gets back in as the ref begins his 20 count. Goto just BARELY gets back in by the ref’s count of 20. Goto fights back with a series of overhand chops, but Okada yells at him to give him some more. Okada then with a knee to the ribs, a snapmare and a sliding dropkick for a nearfall. Stranglehold applied, Goto gets to the ropes. Series of back elbows by Okada in the corner, then Goto runs into a boot. Okada off the ropes, but Goto goes off his blind side and hits a clothesline. Strike exchange, with Goto knocking down Okada with a big forearm. Series of forearms by Goto, followed by the spinning heel kick in the corner. Backdrop Driver by Goto for a nearfall. Goto goes for Ushikoroshi, but Okada blocks it with elbows. Goto with another forearm, Okada with a big boot, but Goto with another clothesline for a nearfall. Goto goes for a German, but Okada blocks it. Okada with an uppercut, then hits the Emerald Frosion across the knee. Okada with a slam, then heads up top and hits the top rope elbow drop. Okada calls for the Rainmaker and goes for it, but Goto avoids it. Goto lifts up Okada again for Ushikoroshi, but Okada again fights out. Okada off the ropes, Goto again goes off his blind side, but Okada blocks a clothesline with a boot. Okada avoids a discus clothesline by Goto and goes again for the Rainmaker, but Goto lifts up Okada again and this time hits Ushikoroshi! Dueling chants again for both men by the crowd. Okada with a running dropkick that sends Goto into the corner. Okada lifts up Goto and hits Heavy Rain for a nearfall. Okada goes for the Tombstone, but Goto blocks it. Okada with a series of uppercuts, then goes off the ropes. Goto again goes off Okada’s blind side, but Okada avoids a clothesline, however Goto avoids the Too Awesome Dropkick. Another clothesline by Goto for a nearfall. Goto lifts up Okada and hits a reverse Ushikoroshi, but Okada kicks out! Goto fires up and goes for Shouten Kai, but Okada fights out with a knee to the head. Goto blocks a German, then goes off the ropes, but Okada catches him this time with the Too Awesome Dropkick! Goto charges in, but Okada places him up top. Goto fires back with a slap, but Okada with a right hand. Okada goes up with Goto, but Goto with a headbutt. Goto goes for a Sunset Bomb, but Okada counters with a SUPER BACK BODY DROP!! Too Awesome Dropkick to the back of Goto’s head by Okada, followed by this time hitting the Tombstone! Okada fires up and goes again for the Rainmaker, but Goto avoids it, then hits a ripchord headbutt! Goto again goes for Shouten Kai, but Okada slips out and hits a High-Angle German for a nearfall.

Okada holds on, RAINMAKER!!!!! 1-2-3!

Afterwards, Okada has a mic and says (credit to @puro_yottsume on Twitter for the English translation): “It’s Okada-‘san’, by the way. Let me say three things. So good to be back in my hometown Aichi. I haven’t really been able to do a singles match in my hometown, so I feel… normal. Secondly, I’m taking G1 for sure. Lastly, I have nothing to say in particular. Okada hands the mic to Gedo. 

Gedo does his usual deal and that closes the show.
