Tonight, Mexican promotion AAA’s new show in the United States, “Lucha Underground”, will debut at 8PM ET on the El Rey Network. The show is produced by reality show “Survivor” producer Mark Burnett and will feature a mixture of stars from AAA and other American talent. Commentary team will consist of former WCW star Vampiro and former WWE announcer Matt Striker.
Synopsis for tonight’s premiere episode is as follows:
“In the series premiere of “Lucha Underground,” owner and promoter Dario Cueto opens his “Temple” to the best fighters from around the world, to compete for wrestling supremacy and a $100,000 prize. Watch as the masked heroes and villains battle it out in the Temple.”
