New Japan & DDT held a joint press conference on Monday, announcing that Kota Ibushi, who works for both companies under a joint contractual agreement, will be out indefinitely after suffering a cervical disc herniation a couple weeks ago. Ibushi had to be rushed to the emergency room prior to a DDT show at Korauken Hall in Tokyo on October 24 after sustaining a high fever and dealing with numbness on the left side of his body. There is no timetable on when Ibushi will be able to return to the ring, but it was said during the press conference that he would be out for “a long time.”
