TOTAL NONSTOP ACTION (TNA) WRESTLING IS “BOUND FOR GLORY” IN CHICAGO ON OCTOBER 12!

SAMOA JOE, STING, KURT ANGLE, BOOKER T, A.J. STYLES, CHRISTIAN CAGE, KEVIN NASH, SCOTT STEINER AND MORE HEADLINE TNA WRESTLING’S BIGGEST ANNUAL PAY-PER-VIEW EXTRAVAGANZA!

TNA Wrestling is announcing that “Bound For Glory IV” will be held live at the Sears Centre Arena in suburban Hoffman Estates, Ill., on Sunday, Oct. 12, starting at 8pm ET / 5pm PT, and will air worldwide exclusively on Pay-Per-View.

This is TNA’s first-ever show in the Chicago area and the company’s most prestigious Pay-Per-View of the year.

“Chicago is a great sports city, clearly one of the best in the nation. So we’re thrilled to bring our biggest event, Bound For Glory, to Chicago,” said TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter. “Chicago has never seen a live pro wrestling show like TNA’s, where in-ring emotions range from Michael Jordan playoff heroics to the agony of Steve Bartman.”

The stars of “TNA iMPACT!” (Thursdays, 9 p.m. ET/PT, Spike TV) will headline “Bound For Glory IV,” such as TNA World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle, “The Icon” Sting, Booker T, “The Phenomenal” A.J. Styles, Kevin Nash, “The Instant Classic” Christian Cage, Scott Steiner, Tomko, Team 3D, Gail Kim, The Latin American Xchange, the Motor City Machineguns, Robert Roode, “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal, Awesome Kong, ODB, Curryman, Shark Boy and “Showtime” Eric Young, among others.

TNA Wrestling has a long history with the City of Chicago’s sporting heroes. Dennis Rodman and Brian Urlacher have each been part of TNA matches in the past, and A.J. Pierzynski has been an ongoing part of TNA storylines for several years. Pierzynski has wrestled in TNA matches during the off-season and repeatedly shown his affinity for smashing opponents with a steel chair.

Tickets for “Bound For Glory IV” will go on sale August 1 at all Ticketmaster outlets, online at Ticketmaster.com and at the Sears Centre Arena box office. Full details will be available in the coming weeks.

The “Bound For Glory IV” weekend kicks off Oct. 11 with TNA’s popular Fan Interaction, where fans will get to meet the in-ring stars of TNA, get their autograph and have a photo taken alongside the stars of TNA.
