- TNA has re-signed controversial TV star Johnny Fairplay. Fairplay will serve as co-host of TNA’s syndicated program, Xplosion. TNA President Dixie Carter is looking to capitalize on Fairplay’s upcoming exposure on several reality TV projects.

- Also, Sean Waltman is officially back in contract negotiations with TNA. It is said that arrangements are being made to protect TNA against any future no-shows by Waltman after his absence from the recent “Unbreakable” PPV due to extreme circumstances. TNA officials are said to like and respect Waltman, and hope to have him signed before next week’s TV tapings for Spike TV.

TNA’s October PPV, “Bound For Glory,” will feature Monster’s Ball 2, a no-rules match that will involve many weapons. The inaugural Monster’s Ball match, which took place at TNA’s “Victory Road” PPV in November 2004, saw Monty Brown defeat Raven and Abyss. One of the stipulations was that the competitors be locked inside a room for 24 hours with no food, water or lights.
