The legendary Bret Hart was interviewed by Simon Rothstein of The Sun in the U.K. Here is a brief recap of the interview:

When the subject of his new DVD came up, Bret explained how the original piece was going to be. It was a burial DVD, like The Ultimate Warrior DVD and the focus was only about Survivor Series. "It had a lot of guys slagging me off and making me out to be unprofessional, a bad businessman and saying they didn't know where my head was at the day of the Survivor Series," said Hart.

Vince McMahon had called him up and informed Bret that the WWE was doing a DVD on him entitled "Screwed: The Bret Hart Story" and that he wanted Bret to take part in it. "I had a great career in the WWE and it has always frustrated me that all they ever talk about and look at is the last 10 minutes of it," said Hart in the interview.
Bret told Vince that he can't take part in anything called screwed because that wasn't what Bret's career was about. Bret then reminded Vince of all the promises Vince had made to Bret prior to Owen's funeral and after the stroke... He had promised him a fitting tribute to his career. Vince changed his mind on the phone and told Bret that it doesn't have to be about Survivor Series and that it can be a tribute to his career and he can call it "Bret Hart: The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be."

Bret made it very clear with Vince that he wasn't flying down to Stamford, CT to do a DVD on Survivor Series only and Vince agreed. "I don't like to make money from things that are upsetting for me," said Hart in the interview. (Referring to Owen's death and the screwjob).

Bret talks about the "Screwed" DVD WWE had been working on and said that some of the guys buried him in the DVD. Jerry Lawler and Hulk Hogan were two of those guys. "I don't know what I did to any of those people, like Hogan and Lawler, and they have never walked in my shoes," said Hart.

Simon asked Bret on his thoughts on certain wrestlers such as Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Ultimate Warrior, British Bulldog, Harry Smith (Bulldog's son), The Dynamite Kid, Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle. Bret gives a fairly detailed response on each one of those wrestlers.
