On Monday, August 7, 2006 at 12:26 PM EST Well we're back this week, despite the fact I'm currently living in a hotel after the purchase of our new home fell apart temporarily. The plan was to act like a free agent wrestler and pull the ultimate negotiating move: act disinterested in the deal and the other party will ease on their demands. We tried that, but 2 days in this ratty hotel made us surrender our position and come crawling back to the sellers and pay whatever they wanted. Remember when Brock Lesnar got dropped by the NFL and suddenly wanted to negotiate with WWE?? All this proves that Chris Rock was right: people really are as faithful as their options. So the next time you try to gain leverage in the real estate market, make sure you live in a place that is nice enough to stay in while you play the waiting game. We made the mistake of choosing a cheap hotel, and it was unbearable and ruined what should have been our fool-proof negotiation tactic.
Speaking of moving and where people live, why not do a quiz on wrestlers' hometowns? Back in the day when wrestling announcers didn't talk over the ring announcers, and back in the day when ring announcers were actually really good (Howard Finkel, Gary Cappetta), it was kind of cool to hear where wrestlers lived. Now, no one gives a damn. But for you '80s children who spent your Saturdays watching wrestling, this one's for you. The theme of this week's quiz is, "Wrestlers' Home Towns."

Question #1
1. Last year on Raw, Chris Jericho brought out a WWE legend who hailed from a city nearby the arena called Stone Mountain, GA. That city is synonymous with what wrestler?
Question #2
2. Louisville, KY has a favorite slugger. Who is he?
Question #3
3. This wrestler was supposedly so rich that the announcers would say he was making his "summer residence" in whatever city was near the arena. That is, he was billed from a different city every time he wrestled. Typical WWF '80s hype. Name the wrestler.
Question #4
4. Starrcade '87 was held in Chicago, IL and called "Chi-town Heat." The fans came to see their "hometown" tag team win the tag titles, but booker Dusty Rhodes would have none of that. He was a booker Hell bent on putting the NWA out of business, which he succeeded in doing. What famous NWA tag team was billed from Chicago?
Question #5
5. He was said to be from, "Gernoble, in the French Alps." Name this wrestler, one of the top 5 arena draws of all-time.
Question #6

Question #9
9. This tall wrestler was thought to be the next Hulk Hogan, and to look at him with an untrained eye, you'd think it was true. He claimed to be from "Wherever he damn well pleases." A heel crowd favorite in 1990 and 1991 WCW, he gained lots of fame but never quite caught on like he should've, thanks to mostly being a poor wrestler. Name him.
Question #10
10. This tag team gave the ring announcer a night off, because their ring intro was actually recorded into their theme music. "From the City of Angels... Tommy Rogers. Bobby Fulton. The ____________!" Fill in the blank.
