SPOILERS: Impact Wrestling for September 29

The following was taped on Wednesday, September 14 in Orlando, Florida:

Impact Wrestling for September 29:

-Sting comes out with Bobby Roode. Sting says Roode will be the next TNA Champion. AJ Styles comes out and gives him a pep talk on taking advantage of the opportunity he has at Bound For Glory. Kurt Angle comes out and announces that Roode will take on Styles later in the night.

-Brian Kendrick def. Jesse Sorenson, Kid Kash, Alex Shelley & Zima Ion to become the number one contender to the TNA X-Division Championship. Austin Aries was on commentary.

-Jeff and Karen Jarrett call out Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks. Jarrett says he discovered Kazarian on the indy scene. Jarrett wasn’t happy when Kazarian jumped ship to the other company and only rehired him because Kazarian begged for it. Jarrett calls Brooks a skank and calls them both ungrateful bastards. Referees run out to separate the couples. Jarrett says he’s going to make their lives miserable. Kazarian punches Jarrett so Gunner runs down and lays Kazarian out with an F5.

-Mexican American and Ink, Inc. fight backstage. Shannon Moore attacks Anarquia with a tattoo pen.

-Ink, Inc. comes out for a match, but are attacked from behind by Mexican America. Rosita and Sarita spray paint “MA” on Ink, Inc.’s backs.

-Madison Rayne def. Tara in a Queen’s Qualifying Match. Madison Rayne will face Winter, Velvet Sky, and Mickie James at Bound For Glory for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

-Crimson calls Samoa Joe out. Joe says that Crimson’s winning streak is a farce. Joe calls Crimson his bitch so Crimson tackles him on stage. They fight to the ring and Joe locks Crimson in a figure four. Matt Morgan runs down, but Joe escapes the ring.

-D’Angelo Dinero def. Ken Anderson. Bully Ray ran down to the ring and hit Anderson with a kendo stick to cost him the match.

-Bobby Roode def. AJ Styles via Submission with a crossface. They shook hands after the match.

-Hulk Hogan comes out to the ring and talks about his career from the very beginning. Hogan talks about Hulkamania, wrestling André the Giant, and selling out Madison Square Garden. Hogan says Hulkamania will go on forever. Hogan calls it the “chance of a lifetime” to be able to come to TNA. Hogan talks about some of the guys who have stepped up, like James Storm, AJ Styles, and Bobby Roode. Hogan says this is the end of the road for him and says he’ll be in Knoxville next week to make a formal announcement. That will be the last he’ll step foot in a ring.
