A hearing regarding the Protection from Abuse order filed against Kurt
Angle was scheduled today in Allegheny County, PA. After discussion with the parties and their lawyers, Trenesha Biggers [Rhaka Khan] withdrew her request for protection and the entire order was vacated by the court. Angle also responded to the allegation of an Indirect Criminal Contempt of the order entered back in August. The allegation of contempt was dismissed. In resolution to the case, the parties entered an agreement that neither party will contact the other party or act in any inappropriate manner towards the other party. Included in the agreement is a statement that no finding of fault was made for the conduct Biggers alleged to have occurred.
