Despite statements by the company, TNA and former star Konnan settled their lawsuit last week and it was not dropped reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The terms were sealed regarding the end of the lawsuit as all legal actions between the two parties are now done. The general direction of the talks took place in late March as Konnan missed an AAA house show in San Jose, CA on March 29 because he was meeting with TNA representatives in Dallas for settlement talks. Both sides agreed to a confidentiality clause on the settlement and neither side is allowed to make any kind of disparaging statements about the other in a public forum.
