SmackDown Ratings Debut on FOX draws just under 4 million viewers

The preliminary ratings for last night’s debut of WWE Friday Night SmackDown are in.

The premiere of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX drew 3.869 million viewers last night on FOX, according to the showbuzzdaily.com fast nationals.

The premiere episode was also advertised as a 20th Anniversary show came in at No. 2 for the night on network television.  

SmackDown’s rating was up by a huge 84% from last Tuesday’s final episode on the USA Network which drew an average of 2.099 million viewers.

The actual ratings for WWE Friday Night SmackDown will be released on Tuesday morning.

Demographic Ratings for Friday Night SmackDown Fast Nationals

The premiere of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX headlined by the return of The Rock, Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon in Ladder Match and Kofi Kingston (c) defending the WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar averaged a 1.35 rating among adults 18-49.
