According to PWInsider, former WWE Executive John Laurinaitis filed a waiver of service on Wednesday before the United States District Court of Connecticut.
The report notes Lauirinaitis informed the court he is aware of the lawsuit filed against him by former WWE employee Janel Grant. The suit claims sex trafficking and sexual abuse done by Lauirinaitis, Vince McMahon and others.
Laurinaitis is waiving that he needs to be served with the lawsuit personally and has said that he will respond within 60 days. He is the first defendant named in the lawsuit that has responded to the court.
