Jimmy and Jey Uso W/Tamina Defeated YoshiDust
Superstars started off with a tag team contest from the RAW brand between the Uso’s and the unlikely team of YoshiDust. The match started with the strange duo in control playing off their success on the former ECW brand. In the end though the distraction of Tamina that secured the win for Uso’s with Jimmy hitting a Superfly Splash for the win.
NXT Recap: Lucky Cannon was Eliminated
Chavo Guerrero Defeated Chris Masters
Following the opener from Raw they made the transition to the Smackdown brand with a one on one between Chavo Guerrero and Chris Masters. In the early going Masters used his strength to control the third generation star. Chavo the wily veteran used his speed to cut down the big man to make a comeback. Masters with the fans behind him attempted a comeback but Chavo was able to cut it short by slingshotting his thoat into the top rope. Chavo than hit his signature frog splash for another big win on Superstars.
Michelle McCool Defeats Kelly Kelly
In the main event of the evening the divas took center stage as LayCool’s Michelle McCool took on Kelly Kelly. The Co Women’s Champion dominated the early going over her opponent. Kelly with the fans behind her was able to make a major comeback but was unable to score the pinfall. Michelle came out of the pin attempt and was able to hit her FaithBreaker for the win.
