* Before the main event, Chavo Guerrero Jr. attacked Rey Mysterio Jr.’s protege, El Dragon Azteca Jr., backstage in the lockerroom, laying him out with chair shots.
* Famous B wrestled his first match in Lucha Underground since Season 1, teaming with Dr. Wagner Jr. to defeat Son of Havoc and Masacrita Sagarda when he pinned Sagrada after Wagner laid him out with the Doctor Driver.
* Another vignette aired for the new “White Rabbit” faction, teasing that the man behind it is former WWE and ROH star, Paul London.
* Gift of the Gods Champion Sexy Star retained her title over Worldwide Underground’s Jack Evans after interference by PJ Black backfired.
* Right before the main event, Dario Cueto added Pentagon Dark to the match that was scheduled between Rey Mysterio Jr. and Chavo Guerrero Jr.
* Pentagon Dark beat both Mysterio and Chavo in the main event, beating Mysterio with the Fear Factor Package Piledriver. Mysterio stopped Pentagon from breaking his arm, but then Chavo attacked Mysterio and laid waste to his long-standing injured knee with chair shots.
