Last night’s 3/16 WWE Monday Night Raw drew a 3.6 cable rating reports The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online. This is down from last week’s 3.7 rating and has continued a trend of declining ratings over the last three weeks. Many have described this as becoming a rough week for WWE as Vince McMahon was said to be very upset after hearing Smackdown on Friday only drew a 1.9 rating.
