Drew McIntyre

WWE has confirmed a new name for the Men’s Royal Rumble match.

Drew McIntyre has officially entered the Men’s Royal Rumble taking place in five weeks, with the winner of the over the top rope battle royal advancing to WrestleMania. R-Truth was the first official entrant by winning season two of the Mixed Match Challenge tournament. Truth will enter the match at the coveted No. 30 spot.

It had appeared that a championship match announcement had leaked early for the Royal Rumble PPV as well, featuring Asuka defending the Smackdown Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch. That match ended up getting officially pulled per an announcement by former Smackdown Live General Manager Paige on Friday.

Here is the updated card for the Royal Rumble as of Monday evening.
