PWInsider is reporting that former Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bludgeon Brothers (Rowan and Harper) have been officially cleared for a return to the ring.
As reported earlier, Erick Rowan was at the Performance Center this week in Orlando training for a return. Harper was spotted wearing a cast on his left hand a few months ago, although it was never confirmed what type of injury he had.
Rowan underwent surgery for a biceps tear last August after suffering the injury at SummerSlam, forcing Rowan and Harper to drop the Smackdown Tag Team Championships to The New Day on Smackdown Live two days later.
The same report indicated the team could be used as early as next week’s Smackdown Live taping in Wichita, Kansas, although that has not been confirmed.
