WWE confirms Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the Universal Title at WrestleMania 35

WrestleMania 35

Another championship match is now set for WrestleMania 35.

WWE.com has confirmed that Brock Lesnar will defend the Universal Championship against Seth Rollins this April at WrestleMania inside Metlife Stadium.

During RAW on Monday night in Phoenix, Triple H gave Seth Rollins until the end of the night to announce his decision on what championship he would challenge for at the biggest show of the year after winning the Men’s Royal Rumble match on Sunday.

While Rollins never verbally confirmed his choice, interrupting and trying to attack current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar during the close of RAW on Monday night seemed to indicate he opted to pass on challenging WWE Champion Daniel Bryan.

Lesnar ended up giving Rollins six F5’s to close out RAW.

As reported earlier, Becky Lynch opted to not wait a day and confront Ronda Rousey to inform her she was challenging her for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35 as well. Rousey accepted after retaining her title against Bayley.
