WWE WWE and 2K have announced that Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns will appear on the cover of the WWE 2K20 video game.
This is the first time two WWE Superstars have appeared on the cover of the WWE 2K series. Becky Lynch is the first woman to do so.
2K Games also announced the following features for the game:
— A 2K Showcase mode that highlights the Women’s Evolution that will follow the careers of the Four Horsewomen: Becky Lynch, Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Charlotte Flair.
— WWE 2K20 Originals, a new feature that will allow users access to downloadable content that will let them explore new playable worlds beyond what is available initially at launch.
— The ability to compete as male and female Superstars in the MyCareer mode, as well as Mixed Tag Team Matches.
— The return of WWE Towers, which will follow the career of Roman Reigns.
— Updated controls to make the game more accessible to new players.
There will be a WWE 2K20 Deluxe Edition that will contain a copy of the game with special packaging, a complete set of WWE 2K20 Originals, access to jumpstart features for MyCareer, WWE SuperCard limited edition cards, and access to the WWE 2K debut of Chyna as a playable character.
The WWE 2K20 Collector’s Edition will highlight the 20th anniversary of Smackdown and contain rare and exclusive collectibles, as well as everything from the Deluxe Edition.
WWE 2K20 is scheduled to be released on October 22, 2019.
