Referee Jessika Carr says goodbye to NXT after last night’s show went off the air

After Wednesday night’s episode of WWE NXT went off the air on USA, Tommaso Ciampa announced in the ring that NXT referee Jessika Carr is leaving NXT.

According to the description posted with the video on WWE ‘s You Tube Channel, Carr is moving to Friday Night SmackDown.  However, she wasn’t specific in her farewell speech on which main roster brand she was heading to next.  

It should be noted that Carr is the first female referee of the modern wrestling era. 

Carr trained regularly at Duane Gill’s Academy of Professional Wrestling in Severn, MD.

She has wrestled for Maryland Championship Wrestling under in-ring names of Jessica Kaye and Kennadi Brink.
