Roman Reigns and King Corbin interview NFL stars at Super Bowl Opening Night

WWE Smackdown Superstars Roman Reigns and King Corbin recently served as Special FOX Sports Correspondents as they each interviewed players from their favorite teams at Super Bowl Opening Night.

Roman Reigns is a fan of the San Fransisco 49ers, while King Corbin, a Missouri native, is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. 

Reigns played college football for Georgia Tech. In May 2007, he went on to sign with the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings.  However, after being diagnosed with leukemia, he was released by the Vikings. In August 2007 he then signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The team cut him just before the start of the NFL season.   

King Corbin played Division II football at Northwest Missouri State University and signed with the Indianapolis Colts on April 27, 2009. He was released by the Colts on August 13, 2009 and re-signed by the team on August 19, 2009 and then again released by the Colts on September 5, 2009.

Corbin signed a futures contract with the Arizona Cardinals on January 18, 2010.  He was released by the Cardinals on September 3, 2010 and signed to the team’s practice squad on September 6, 2010. On January 4, 2011, Corbin was again signed to a futures contract with the Cardinals, and then again released on September 2, 2011.

Super Bowl 54 airs live on FOX from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on Sunday, February 2 beginning at 6:30 pm ET/3:30 pm PT.
