WWE NXT General Manager William Regal announced during last night’s episode of WWE 205 Live, that starting next week there will be first round men’s matches for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic on the show.
It was not announced which matches will take place on 205 Live next week.
The Dusty Tag Team Classic will kick-off with this Wednesday on WWE NXT with Adam Cole and Roderick Strong vs. Breezango and The Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Ever-Rise.
The team that wins the tournament will get the Dusty Cup and a challenge Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch for the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships.
