John Cena has thanked the WWE Universe through a message on Twitter while also hinting that he will be back soon.
Cena was part of Saturday’s SummerSlam main event where he lost to Roman Reigns in a WWE Universal Championship match in what appears to be his last match for a while. Cena himself stated on the Friday prior to SummerSlam that everyone knew he was going away and how this was “The Summer of Cena”.
But Cena did take the time on Monday to tweet out a message thanking the WWE Universe.
