According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, when all mentions of John Cena being injured on Raw took place this past Monday night, Vince McMahon decreed that “Wilkes-Barre” could not be mentioned during the show feeling it would be perceived as a minor league sounding city. Everyone was told to say the incident took place in Pennsylvania instead.
