The introduction of new WWE talent through the use of vignettes such as Sin Cara and the more recent Awesome Kong video that began airing last week is part of a new philosophy within WWE headed by Triple H of wanting to build fans anticipation for new characters instead of just having them show up reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. As detailed in WWE’s press release two weeks ago explaining the re-branding of the company, Triple H will be taking more charge of the company’s developmental program including not bringing talent up to the main rosters before they are ready.
