WWE ended up canceling a series of Smackdown house show events last weekend. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that this was done as a combination of weak advances and that it would have ended up as a “grueling schedule” for the Smackdown crew being on the road for 11 straight days, including an overseas tour that begins today in Italy.
