WWE has announced that 25 years of Edge will be celebrated during the August 18 episode of WWE SmackDown, which will emanate from the Scotiabank Arena in Edge’s hometown of Toronto, Canada.
Edge made his WWE debut on the June 22, 1998 episode of Monday Night Raw, in win over Joe Estrada. The episode took place from the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.
Edge’s last appearance on WWE television was back on the July 7 episode of SmackDown, when he was a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect. Waller kept trying to get Edge to retire. However, Edge ended up wrestling Waller and defeating him with a spear.
