WWE has announced that on next Friday’s WWE SmackDown, Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles sign the contract for their title match at Backlash, which takes place at the LDLC Arena in Lyon, France on Saturday, May 4.
Styles defeated LA Knight on this week’s WWE SmackDown to earn the title opportunity.
Rhodes is currently on WWE’s tour of the United Kingdom.

The start of the 2024 Draft will also begin on next week’s SmackDown, which will air live on FOX and take place from the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
