The video circulated around social media, eventually grabbing the attention of the Undisputed WWE Champion himself.
Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns for the championship at WrestleMania XL to “finish the story,” and is currently locked into the SmackDown brand per the “champion protection” rule established for the 2024 WWE Draft which concluded on the 4/29 edition of RAW.
The champion is set to defend the belt against AJ Styles at Backlash, which takes place Saturday, May 4 from the LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu, France.
