One of the main reasons WWE will be pushing the “Tout” service hard on Monday Night Raw in the coming months is that they have provided startup funding for the company giving them an ownership stake. While it isn’t known how much WWE invested, WWE was described as the biggest investor. As promoted on TV, WWE plans to utilize 10-15 second video clips from fans responding to questions and different aspects of the show. The app received around 30,000 downloads alone this past Monday.
