WWE ended up making a $300,000 profit on the re-release of the “No Holds Barred” DVD. $100,000 was spent on production and marketing. It would end up as the third most profitable DVD released by WWE in the last five years. It should be noted that years ago, Vince McMahon claimed Hulk Hogan told him that if the movie last money (which it did) that he would pay Vince back the losses. McMahon said he is still waiting on that check.
