At last night’s WWE Smackdown tapings in Columbia, South Carolina, a second Money in the Bank ladder match was announced for the July 14th WWE Money in the Bank PPV in Philadelphia. This match will be for a future World Heavyweight Title shot. The particpants are as follows:
