Courant.com has an article at this link noting that Linda McMahon has spent $2 million in two weeks for her U.S. Senate campaign and turned out to be the most money spent in state history. Campaign aide Jodi Latina also discusses how her opponents are already getting negative and doing so very early. “As is often the case when a political outsider begins shaking up the system, the career political insiders are fighting for their survival. What is shocking, however, is that Linda’s political opponents — just about all of whom are part of the political establishment — are launching negative personal attacks so early.”
TPM also has an article at this link looking at how Connecticut Democrats are going on the attack sending WWE video clips found on YouTube to reporters of Scott Steiner threatening to rape Stephanie McMahon on a table during a Raw contract signing, “Live Sex” with Edge and Lita and the infamous necrophilia “Katie Vick” angle involving Triple H and Kane. Democrats claim they sent these videos to reporters to demonstrate how WWE has objectified women.
