“The defendant is mimicking for the purpose of joking with friends at a private gathering (admittedly poorly) that professional wrestler in the portions of the video references by the plaintiff and incorporated into the statement of claim.”
The Toronto Sun featured a Photoshopped photo of Ford on Hulk Hogan’s body.
