We see the usual intro, then we get the intro for the Vaudevillians, who are competing in our opening match.

The Vaudevillains (“The Artiste” Aiden English & Simon Gotch) vs. Tee Perkins & Matt Sugarman

English & Sugarman start. English misses a clothesline and Sugarman works over his arm. Perkins in and continues the attack on English’s arm. English with a drop toe hold, then drops backward Indian Deathlock-style on Perkins’s arm. Gotch in and hits a clothesline from the apron on Perkins. Perkins fights back, but Gotch with an uppercut. Snapmare into a headscissors, then spins over and does push-ups to put more torque on the hold. Kneedrop and another uppercut. Perkins fights back, but Gotch with the Finlay Roll and tags in English.

English with a senton bomb off the middle rope and That’s a Wrap for Perkins, giving the Vaudevillains the win.

The Vaudevillains celebrate their win afterwards.

We see video from last week when Tyson Kidd left Sami Zayn high & dry, causing Zayn to be defeated by the Ascension.

We go to video from last week with Sami Zayn. Zayn says Kidd is a special kinda cat. You gotta learn to lose before you can win, but I certainly don’t like losing due to a “partner.” A partner who is supposed to wanna win as much as you do, walks out on ya. Its not the last you will hear of me & Kidd.

Xavier Woods vs. Bull Dempsey

Woods comes out to new music. We see CJ Parker walk out with a sign that reads “Stop the Big Thaw” & “Every day is Earth Day.” This is Dempsey’s NXT TV debut. Woods shakes his hair at Dempsey as the bell sounds. Dempsey backs Woods into the corner and rakes his forearm in Woods’s face. Commentary mentions Dempsey is influenced by Bruiser Brody. Side headlock by Dempsey. Woods fights out and goes for an armdrag, but Dempsey grabs him in a chinlock. Woods fights out, but Dempsey goozles him and hits a big headbutt. Trifecta of elbow drops by Dempsey for a nearfall. Chinlock re-applied, crowd wills on Woods. Woods gets to his feet, but Dempsey pulls him back down. Kneedrop by Dempsey for a nearfall. Series of chest clubs by Dempsey, then goes back to the chinlock. Woods fights back and counters out with a jawbreaker. Woods is sent onto the apron, but hits an enziguri. Woods heads up top, but Dempsey nails him on the way down. Dempsey with an avalanche in the corner.

Bulldozer (Northern Lights Bomb) by Dempsey for the win.

Afterwards, Dempsey has a mic and says that NXT has let the children run the household for far too long. This industry used to be dominated by men. Tonight, you witnessed the beginning of an era of devestation. An era of a wrecking ball, an era of the last of a dying breed, Bull Dempsey!

Summer Rae w/The BFFs vs. Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch is former independent women’s wrestler Rebecca Knox, who was part of the first few shows run by SHIMMER Women Athletes. This is Lynch’s NXT TV debut. Lynch avoids a clothesline early and does an Irish jig. Summer does some dancing of her own, then Lynch with another Irish jig. Summer then with a clothesline and stomps away at Lynch. Lynch bridges out of a pin and hits a series of armdrags into an armbar. Crowd chants for Lynch. Summer fights back and hits a spin kick for a nearfall. Stranglehold applied. Lynch gets to her feet, but Summer takes her back down. Summer then goes over to the BFFs and has words with them. Lynch surprises Summer with a roll-up for a nearfall. Lynch with a flying forearm and 2 legdrops, then does another Irish jig before hitting a third legdrop. Summer reaches for help by the BFFs, but to no avail. Summer kicks Lynch off, but Lynch catches a kick.

Capture Suplex by Lynch for the win.

“Big Cass” Colin Cassady vs. Sawyer Fulton

Fulton backs Cass into the corner, hits a series of knees to the ribs. Series of gut shots and shoulders to the ribs in the corner. Right hand and an avalanche by Fulton. Cass avoids a charge and hits a big boot.

Cass spells out “SAWFT” and hits a leaping elbow drop for the win.

Afterwards, the music of the Legioniares hits and they make their way to the ring. Legioniares surround Cass, but then, the music of Enzo Amore hits and Enzo runs out to even the odds, making his return to NXT after being out for several months with a torn ACL. Amore introduces himself, saying he is a certified G and a bonafided stud and you can’t teach that! Badaboom, realest guys in the room! How ya doin? And there is only one word to describe these French foogazes, do I have to spell it out for ya? You’re S……A…..W……F…..T……SAWFT!!!! Legioniares leave to the back as the crowd chants “welcome back” at Amore.

Main Event in a Non-Title Match: NXT Champion “The Man That Gravity Forgot” Adrian Neville vs. “The Whole F’N Show” Rob Van Dam

The two shake hands before the bell. RVD with a side headlock takeover. Neville counters out with a headscissors, but RVD gets free. Neville rolls through an armdrag and hits one of his own. Neville avoids a spin kick and hits a dropkick, followed by a clothesline that sends RVD to the outside. Back in, RVD works over Neville’s arm. Neville tries to get free, but RVD with a forearm. Neville with a roll-up for a nearfall. RVD with a shove, then the two go face-to-face. RVD takes down Neville, but Neville kicks him off. Neville with a leg sweep, then both avoid each other’s attacks. Neville sidesteps a backdrop, but RVD with a leg roll-up for a nearfall. RVD with a springboard one-legged kick that sends Neville to the outside. RVD with a baseball slide, then springs off the apron, but Neville catches him on the way down with a savate kick to the ribs. Neville then goes to the middle rope and wipes out RVD with a moonsault! “NXT” chants by the crowd.

Back from commercial as Neville with a front chancery applied. RVD fights back, but Neville with a kneelift. RVD blocks a suplex, but Neville slips out of a suplex also. RVD with an inverted atomic drop, then crotches Neville on the ropes. RVD heads up top and hits a one-legged kick, knocking Neville off the ropes. Spiral leg drop and the Rolling Thunder by RVD for a nearfall. RVD with a spinning heel kick in the corner. Second spinning heel kick, then Neville sent off the turnbuckles and RVD with a head kick for a nearfall. Neville fights back, but RVD blocks a Sunset Flip and sits down on it for a nearfall. Neville with a pin attempt for a nearfall, then RVD with a clothesline. RVD places Neville in the Tree of Woe and RVD with shoulders to the ribs, followed by a spinning heel kick to the ribs! O’Connor Roll by RVD for a nearfall. Strike exchange, then Neville with a flying forearm. Another flying forearm, 2 spinning back kicks and a sliding dropkick by Neville. Neville goes to the middle rope and hits a missile dropkick for a nearfall. RVD avoids a springboard, but Neville with an enziguri and a standing shooting star press for a nearfall. “This is awesome” chants by the crowd. RVD comes back with a jawbreaker, but Neville with another sliding dropkick. RVD with a front slam, but Neville avoids the split-legged moonsault! Inside cradle by Neville for a nearfall. Another strike exchange, then a leg kick exchange, with Neville gaining the advantage. RVD then with a flapjack into a head kick! RVD heads up top, but Neville avoids the Five-Star Frog Splash! Neville with a tilt-a-whirl into a DDT, spiking RVD on his head!
