WWE NXT results 11/13/14

December 25, 2014
Full Sail University
Recap by: Jason Namako of Wrestleview.com

We see the usual intro, then go to an empty Full Sail arena as Renee Young & Corey Graves welcome us to this special “Year-in-Review” edition of NXT.

We see video highlighting the first NXT live special on the WWE Network, NXT Arrival, back in February.

We then see video of then-NXT Champion Adrian Neville visiting his hometown of Newcastle, England where he visited his mother and competed that same night at a WWE live event.

Back from commercial, we go to a video update from Tyler Breeze, who says he is taking a break from his tedious schedule to tell all you wanna-Breezes, Merry Christmas. Just because it is the new year, doesn’t mean I have to change anything. In fact in 2015, the only thing I’m gonna add to my ensemble is gold.

We see video highlighting Sami Zayn winning the NXT Title from Adrian Neville at R Evolution, then being laid out afterwards by Kevin Owens.

Back from commercial, we see video from last week as Curtis Axel interrupted NXT GM William Regal giving comments to WWE.com. Axel says that it is about time for himself to rejuvenate and recharge my career. I know there is a lot of eyes on NXT right now, everyone is getting noticed. I want in, its time for me to get noticed now. Regal says that is very admirable of Axel and he understands that he wants to be a part of NXT because it is a hot ticket and possibly if I do some research, I may be able to find a spot for you here. But, now is not the time and if you want to talk to me, I suggest you make an appointment. Axel leaves.

We see video highlighting NXT Tag Team Champions The Lucha Dragons and their title retention against the Vaudevillains at R Evolution.

Back from commercial, we go to comments from Hideo Itami & Finn Balor about their rematch next week against the Ascension. Itami says the Ascension tried to destroy my debut in NXT. Next week, we destroy the Ascension. Balor says that himself and Itami didn’t really know what to expect when we came here to NXT, but its far exceeded our expectations and we were greeted by the Ascension on the way in, but the future is now and we’re about to see the Ascension straight out the door.

We see video highlighting the NXT talent that debuted this year, including Baron Corbin, Bull Dempsey, Hideo Itami, Finn Balor and Kevin Owens.

We go to comments from Kevin Owens. Owens says that in the span of 7 days, I sent the former champion, Adrian Neville, and the brand new champion, Sami Zayn, to the hospital on stretchers. If I do that to people who I considered friends for years, imagine what I’ll do to people who I don’t care about. You want a message? A nice, little tagline? How about ‘I will fight anyone and everyone until I’m the only one left standing’. You should put that on a t-shirt.

We see video highlighting the NXT stars who went up to the WWE main roster this year, including Paige, Bo Dallas, Emma, Summer Rae, Adam Rose and Rusev.

Back from commercial, we go to comments from the injured Bayley, who is backstage watching the Triple H “Thy Kingdom Come” DVD and the chapter about recovering from injury. Bayley says the rehab on her knee is going well, she keeps watching this DVD and gets motivated and I’m gonna come back bigger, better and stronger than ever. You tell Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch that.
