Stevie Richards © vs. Danny Inferno
Stevie Richards captured the SCW Heavyweight Championship on June 25 in Bardonia, NY by defeating Tommy Dreamer and then champion, Danny “Do It All” Doring in an Extreme Three Way Dance. Following that match, phone calls flooded the SCW offices with potential challengers to the title pleading their cases on why they should receive a title shot at Measure of Respect. However, one case took priority above all others due to circumstance. Danny Inferno, the first ever champion in SCW history, took this opportunity to cash in on a rematch clause he never used after losing the title. With all the contractual obligations needing to be met, SCW officials green lighted this bout and it’s set to take place in Hauppauge, NY. Will Inferno be able to recapture the gold he once held so proudly, or will Richards reign as champion start off on a high note with a victory over the “King of the Indys?”
Mo Sextyn’s Open Challenge…ANSWERED
“The Renaissance Man” Mo Sextyn vs. “The Pirate” Paul Burchill
Mo Sextyn won’t go down as the quietest wrestler in the SCW locker room. That statement was proven in Bardonia, NY, where Sextyn defeated Judas Young in controversial fashion, then went on to brag about his win for the remainder of the evening. The SCW Video Crew caught up with Sextyn amidst his bragging, as Sextyn boldly issued the following Open Challenge to any Former WWE TV Superstar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkXC3whTqlc). Almost immediately his challenge was answered by a most interesting competitor, Former WWE Superstar, “The Pirate” Paul Burchill. Burchill informed SCW officials that he didn’t appreciate Sextyn’s attitude and that he plans on “taking the wind out of his sails” in Hauppauge, NY. Will “The Pirate” be able to back up his prediction or will Sextyn step another rung higher on the SCW totem pole?

Taeler Hendrix vs. Kamaya
Taeler Hendrix made an impressive SCW Debut on June 25, by defeating Former TNA Knockouts Champion, Awesome Kong. On Saturday night, August 7th, Hendrix will receive tough competition, in the form of Kamaya, a young upstart also looking to make a name for herself. What’s going to happen when these two lock up at Measure of Respect? You’ll have to be there to find out!
