7/23- CWE Presents the Cruel Summer Tour in August!
Canadian Wrestling’s Elite is gearing up to hit the road again in the
month of August with its return tour to Saskatchewan! CWE debuted in
the province of Saskatchewan back in April with the highly successful
Re-Generation X Tour and by popular demand is back with yet another
star studded line up featuring the very best Canadian wrestling has to
offer.
All the action kicks off in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Thursday, August
12th with its regular monthly event in the company’s home base. CWE
Presents “Cruel Summer” apart of its debut at One World Studio’s
located at 1111 Chevrier Blvd.
After the event in Winnipeg CWE crosses provincial borders for 5 big
events in Saskatchewan. CWE returns to Estevan, Regina, and Yorkton
and will debut in Moose Jaw and Melfort! CWE goes on tour with perhaps
its most star studded line up yet. Already signed to appear,
Former WWE star Hurricane Helms!- Stand back there is a hurricane
coming through! This mega star comes to Winnipeg and Saskatchewan
boasting a resume including 3 Cruiserweight Title reigns, 2 WWE Tag
Team titles, a European title run among countless other titles over
the years. “The Hurricane” is one of the most accomplished
Cruiserweights of his era and promises to bring non stop excitement to
CWE!
WWE Legend Bushwhacker Luke- The lovable tag team legend returns to
CWE for his first tour of Saskatchewan with the company. Whether its
been up North or out East audiences of all ages have left with a smile
on their face and that will be the case when CWE returns to the West.
Ring of Honor and former TNA star Roderick Strong- After countless
requests CWE has answered its loyal fan base with the debut of
Roderick Strong! This independent phenom is without question one of
the top wrestlers in not only all the independents but the entire
World. “The Messiah of the Backbreaker” has created a long listed of
memorable matches over the past decade and one can only expect that
will be the case on the Cruel Summer tour. The former ROH Tag Team
champion wrestled AJ Styles on TNA’s debut episode on Spike TV and is
predicted by many to be the next ROH World champion.
4 Time ROH Tag Team champion Jimmy Jacobs- Jimmy Jacobs has quickly
become a mainstay with the company and very quickly asserted himself
as a top contender in the CWE rankings. Jimmy debuted on CWE’s first
tour of Saskatchewan and looks to find the same success in August!
Also scheduled to appear, Japan’s newest sensation Mentallo, CWE Tag
Team champion “Hotshot” Danny Duggan, CWE champion AJ Sanchez, Zack
Mercury, “Pimp Daddy” Rick Matthews, Big Daddy Kash and many more of
CWE’s top stars.
