WWE.com is reporting that Bobby Lashley will not be wrestling at this Sunday's Great American Bash pay per view event citing "elevated enzymes of the liver" discovered during a recent physical.

The condition will keep him out of action until he is medically cleared to return. It is the second time in less than a week that WWE has had to alter a match for the Bash due to a medical problem.

Last Saturday at Saturday Night's Main Event,
Mark Henry suffered a patella injury that cancelled his planned match with Batista and will sideline him for the next 8 months. WWE announced Ken Kennedy as Henry's replacement.

Lashley was scheduled to wrestle in a triple threat match for the United States Championship against William Regal and new United States Champion, Finlay. WWE.com is now reporting Finlay will defend his U.S. Championship against William Regal in a singles match.

We will have more on this developing story as it becomes available.
