According to the report, Konnan's lawsuit is claiming racial discrimination, drug usage among top executives in the company and issues with medical operations that was discussed earlier. Konnan stated that TNA didn't pay for his hip replacement surgery nor did they pay for Ron Killing's knee surgery, but did pay for Scott Steiner's throat surgery.
