Cedric Alexander vs. "Mr. Ring of Honor" Roderick Strong w/The Decade

No Code of Honor here. Chain wrestling early until we have a stalemate. Strong appears to have cut his hand on Cedric's bracelet. Series of evasions, then Cedric with a dropkick. Strong avoids a charge, sending Cedric face-first off the middle turnbuckle.

Commercial

Back from commercial as Strong hits a blind side kitchen sink, followed by an Olympic Slam for a nearfall. Running knee and a running forearm by Strong in the corner. Strong goes for a urnangi backbreaker, but Cedric counters with a crucifix for a nearfall. Strong catches a Cedric kick and hits a backbreaker for a nearfall. Cedric with a spinning back kick. Another chop exchange, Strong gains advantage. Strong avoids a springboard roundhouse kick by Cedric, hits a leaping knee. Strong hits Death by Roderick, but Cedric kicks out! The Decade can't believe it! Cedric fights out of End of Heartache and hits the springboard roundhouse kick. Cedric hits Concussion on Delivery, then knocks Adam Page off the apron. Kick 2 Kill to Strong, then Cedric with a roundhouse kick that knocks Jimmy Jacobs off the apron. Cedric with a head of steam and wipes out Whitmer & Page with a flip dive! Cedric goes for a springboard, but Strong catches him on the way down with a dropkick.

End of Heartache by Strong for the win.

Afterwards, Jimmy Jacobs grabs a mic and says that was awesome, that was wrestling, praise Roderick Strong, one of the best wrestlers in the world and the backbone of this company. You kids can learn by not watching what people like Cedric Alexander do, you can learn exactly what to do when you start off in this company by watching Adam Page, whose been respectful as our "young boy" and has been earning our respect. Cedric goes to get back in the ring, but referees hold him back. Jacobs says for Cedric to leave our ring and our building because this is the house that the Decade built. So Adrenaline RUSH, Andrew Everett, take a lesson on what not to do from Cedric Alexander and come out here and we'll teach you some respect.

6-Man Tag, Scramble Rules: The Decade ("The Buzzsaw" BJ Whitmer, "The Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs & Adam Page) vs. Adrenaline RUSH ("The Last Hero" ACH & "The Capoiera Kid" TD Thomas) & "The Apex of Agility" Andrew Everett

Under Scramble Tag rules, you do not have to tag in and out of the ring, a legal tag can be made if any member of each team goes outside the ring, someone else from the team can come in to replace them.

We join this match in progress as ACH with a dropkick, but Whitmer doesn't go down. Dropkick to the knee, followed by a basement dropkick that sends Whitmer to the outside. Jacobs in and goes to work on ACH. TD in, leg cradle to Jacobs for a nearfall. Capoiera kicks, followed by the Slingblade for a nearfall. TD sent outside. Everett in, Jacobs avoids a springboard. Backflip headscissors and a dropkick by Everett that sends Jacobs to the outside. Page in, Everett shows off his agility and hits a spike rana that sends Page outside. Whitmer stops Everett from diving. TD & Jacobs in. TD then wipes out Whitmer & Page with a springboard moonsault. ACH in, but Whitmer lifts him in an Electric Chair while ACH was on the apron. Jacobs with a head of steam and hits ACH with the Spear, wiping out everybody! Back in, the Decade begin taking control on ACH, keeping him in their corner, making frequent tags and keeping ACH from going outside so that someone else from his team can come in. Page gains a nearfall. Slam and a chinlock by Page. Crowd wills on ACH. ACH fights out with a jawbreaker, but Page with a spinning heel kick for a nearfall. Decade continues to show disrespect to ACH. ACH sends Whitmer outside, then wipes him out with Air Jordan!! TD & Jacobs in. TD with a running kick for a nearfall. Jacobs with a jawbreaker, but TD with a Half & Half. Page in, hits an overhead backbreaker. Everett in, but he slips on the ropes. Page goes up top with Everett, but Everett knocks him off and hits a moonsault press. Whitmer in, but Everett with a springboard kick. Everett then wipes out everybody with the springboard shooting star on the outside!! Back in, Everett with another springboard shooting star to Whitmer, but Whitmer kicks out!! Whitmer then back body drops Everett to the outside and nails an incoming TD with a big clothesline.

All Seeing Eye by the Decade on TD for the win.

Winners: The Decade by pinfall (All Seeing Eye)

Afterwards, Whitmer throws a full water bottle at ACH on the outside, then has words with Corino on commentary. Jacobs has the spike and goes to hit TD with it, who braces to be hit with it, but decides not to and leaves the ring. Jacobs then yells at TD as he leaves that ACH is on the outside and didn't go to help him.

Back from commercial, we see video highlighting the Adam Cole-Jay Briscoe rivalry heading into Ladder War V. We then see still shots from Ladder War V as commentary mentions that the match was gonna air on this week's episode, but due to its graphic nature, they were unable to air it. Main Event where the winner earns an IWGP World Title match at War of the Worlds on 5/17: "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen

Code of Honor before the bell. Steen instantly goes for the Package Piledriver, but Elgin with forearms. Steen with a corner clothesline, then hits the Cannonball for a nearfall. Steen & Elgin go outside and trade strikes. Elgin sent hard into the barricade, breaking it.

Back from commercial as Elgin with a 20-second delayed suplex on the outside! Back in, Elgin gains a nearfall. Elgin takes control, pounding away at Steen. Dropkick for a nearfall. Steen stops Elgin on the apron and hits a running boot, followed by a draping DDT for a nearfall. Front slam and a back senton by Steen for a nearfall. Steen now takes control. Elgin comes back with an enziguri, then hits a Deadlift German! Both it each other at the same time twice with clotheslines. Steen gets out of the Crossface, but Elgin slips out of the Sharpshooter. Black Hole Slam by Elgin for a nearfall. Elgin heads up top, but Steen avoids the corkscrew senton. Elgin slips out of the F-Cinq, but Steen bites Elgin's hand to get out of a German. Pumphandle Neckbreaker by Steen for a nearfall. Steen goes for another Cannonball, but Elgin catches him and hits a DEADLIFT POWERBOMB!! Steen then hits the F-Cinq, but Elgin kicks out!!

Back from commercial as Steen slips out of the Buckle Bomb, but Elgin slips out of the Sleeper Suplex. Steen hits the Pop-Up Powerbomb, then hits the Package Piledriver!!! 1-2.........ELGIN KICKS OUT!!! Steen can't believe it!! Steen heads up top, but Elgin gets the knees up off the Steenton Bomb! Steen charges, but Elgin hits ST-Joe! Elgin with the spinning backfist, followed by the Buckle Bomb and the Elgin Bomb!! 1-2.........STEEN KICKS OUT!!! Now its Elgin who can't believe it! Elgin goes up top with Steen, but Steen hits a Super Fisherman's Buster!! 1-2.......ELGIN KICKS OUT AGAIN!! "This is awesome" chants by the crowd. Steen calls for the end and goes for another Package Piledriver, but Elgin counters out. Elgin rolls through a Sunset Flip and hits a trifecta of powerbombs!! Elgin now calls for the end. Elgin with another Buckle Bomb, but then Steen hits the Sleeper Suplex!! Steen charges, but Elgin TURNS HIM INSIDE OUT WITH A LARIAT!!

Another Buckle Bomb, PACKAGE PILEDRIVER BY ELGIN!! 1-2-3!! WHAT A MATCH!!!

Winner and earning an IWGP World Title match at War of the Worlds on 5/17: "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin by pinfall (Package Piledriver)

Both men are still down, exhausted, afterwards as the crowd gives them a standing ovation, chanting "thank you both." Steen & Elgin get to their knees and adhere to the Code of Honor, then embracing in a sign of respect as the crowd chants "that was wrestling." Steen says to Elgin, "go win that belt" as he leaves the ring. Elgin says to the camera that no matter who is the IWGP Champion on 5/17, he is gonna win the belt as we close the show.
