The very last Thursday night “Impact” ever (if you haven’t heard about that read here: Impact Wrestling moving to Wednesday nights on Spike TV) opens up with highlights from last week focusing on Dixie finally getting put through a table.

Bully Ray comes down to the ring to kick start Impact with a big smile on his face. Bully says that this is the best feeling in the world as a big “TNA” chant breaks out. He says that he kept his promise to all the fans and the business that he would put Dixie through a table. Bully says that it wasn’t just him, “it was all of us” that put her through a table. Bully says that there is one guy that he wants to thank more than anyone else and as a “Devon” chant starts up he invites his brother out to the ring. Bully says, “Rick had his brother Scott… Hawk had his brother Animal… but I have the best damn tag team partner ever.”

Devon comes out to the ring and says he has to agree with his brother, it feels damn good to be back in NYC. He calls them the best fans in the world and he says now that Dixie Carter is gone it is about to time that they get down to some new business. Before he can say anything else The Hardy Boyz music interrupts them.

The Hardyz walk out to the ring and get in with their old rivals for the first time in a decade. They all four shake hands as Tenay hypes up their history together. Matt says it has been twelve years since the four of them have been in a ring together and the Hardyz wanted to come out to personally congratulate Team 3D on being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Matt says they created history right across the street at MSG in 2000 when they had the very first ever Tag Team Tables Match (Royal Rumble 2000). He said that match changed the business and Bully says after that they went to Anaheim, CA and had the 3-Way Ladder Match that stole the show. Matt says following that they had Tables, Ladders, and Chairs that further changed the business. The fans start chanting “one more match” and Bully says that it sounds like all the fans want to see them have on more match as he smiles huge.

Matt asks the fans if they want to see yet another historic match from them and Bully reaffirms the question which the fans explode for. Jeff says that he didn’t paint his face for nothing so if everyone is down then he is down. Devon says it is on and they shake hands on it!

An excellent video package highlights Samoa Joe’s X-Division Championship win in music video format. In the back Joe says that Kurt Angle has tasked him in reinvigorating the X-Division which is exactly what he plans to do. He says that if you want to wear that belt then you better be the best in the world because you are looking at the best in the world.

EC3, Rhino, and Spud are shown arriving. EC3 has a bandaged head and Spud hilariously has cotton stuck up his nose.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, and Eric Young are watching Dixie get put through the table and laughing. They talk about their six man tag match tonight and he says that after one piece of trash has been taken out (Dixie), it is time to take out some more garbage (MVP and his boys).

X-Division #1 Contenders Elimination Scramble Match
Low-Ki vs. “The Notorious 1-8-7” Homicide vs. “DJ Z” Zema Ion vs. Manik vs. Tigre Uno vs. Crazzy Steve

In Lucha Libre we would call this a “Torneo Cibernetico.” Low-Ki is the only one that gets an entrance. This will be held under tag team rules with two men in the ring at once. Tigre and Steve start the match off and Tigre slides through Steve’s legs and attempts a German Suplex. Steve blocks it and bites Tigre’s hands. Steve takes Tigre down with a Drop Toehold and as Tigre is on his knees Steve bounces off the ropes and hits a Body Splash to the back of Tigre for the first nearfall of the match. Steve hits the ropes where Zema catches him with a knee to the back. Tigre then attempts a Back Suplex but Steve lands on his feet and then ducks a clothesline from Tigre. Steve hits the ropes again and Zema grabs his feet and then Tigre hits a Spinning Torture Rack Slam! Tigre climbs up top and hits the Saber Tooth Splash! 1…2…3! Steve has been eliminated!

Manik comes in and gets caught with an armdrag from Tigre and then Manik and Tigre speed it up with some fast paced action. Manik leapfrogs a charging Tigre and then actually slides backwards on his ass to try and trip Tigre but Tigre somersaults over him. Manik ducks a clothesline attempt and attempts the Tiger Buster but Tigre blocks it and counters into a wristlock. Tigre quickly leaps to the top rope and shows off his balance with a double spring hurricanrana off the ropes! Tigre charges at Manik but Manik leaps up and over him and then catches Tigre with a Leaping Neckbreaker! Manik again attempts the Tiger Buster but Tigre blocks it with a series of elbows. Tigre hits the ropes but as he turned around to bounce off the ropes Manik was no longer there confusing Tigre! Manik had quickly sprinted to the other side of the ring using the six sides and hits a Springboard Missile Dropkick off the top followed by the Tiger Buster! 1…2…3! Tigre Uno is eliminated!

Low-Ki and Homicide both get in the ring with Manik and attempt a double clothesline. Manik ducks and then does his Spiderman impression hanging in the ropes as Zema hits a Springboard Double Missile Dropkick to Ki & Homicide! Manik goes for the Tiger Buster on Zema but Zema hits him with a big elbow sending Manik reeling to the corner. Zema charges into a headscissors from Manik. Manik uses the headscissors to slam Zema’s head into the turnbuckles and then he charges at Zema, but Zema ducks and rolls Manik up using the ropes for leverage! 1…2…3! Manik has been eliminated!

Zema celebrates stealing the pin on Manik but turns around where Ki and Homicide are waiting. Ki and Homicide take turns hitting big strikes on Zema. They whip Zema into the ropes and Ki hits a Spinning Back Kick followed by a Hook Kick to the back of the head! Homicide grabs Zema and hits the Gringo Killa! 1…2…3 and Zema has been eliminated!

It is down to the former X-Division Champions, Ki and Homicide both of whom are from the New York area. Ki whips Homicide into the corner and hits a Flying Forearm and then mounts Homicide in the corner raining down forearms! Homicide slips under Ki and then pushes him off the top to the floor! Homicide hits the Tope con Giro through the ropes onto Ki on the floor!  Homicide rolls Ki back in the ring and then hits him with a Flatliner into the turnbuckles! Homicide hits a Running Knee to the face of Ki as he was hanging on the ropes. Homicide covers Ki for a nearfall and then attempts to whip him into the corner, but Ki reverses it and hits another Flying Forearm! Ki whips Homicide into the corner again and again goes for the Flying Forearm, but Homicide moves and attempts the Gringo Killa! Ki blocks it and hits a Running Dropkick sending Homicide into the turnbuckles! Ki hits the Ki Krusher! 1…2…3!

Winner & NEW X-Division #1 Contender: Low-Ki via pinfall (Ki Krusher)

Backstage EC3 catches some members of the staff watching a video of Dixie going through a table and EC3 slaps the phone out of his hand.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

EC3 leads Spud and Rhino out to the ring and Spud is sporting a black eye. Spud says that they are out here because they need a moment of silence. He says last week was the biggest travesty in the history of the wrestling business because their queen Dixie went through a table. Spud gets pissed at the fans cheering at that and he again demands a moment of silence in respect of Dixie. Shockingly the NYC fans do not oblige. Spud freaks out and says that he hates “this stinkin’ city” and every one of the fans. He threatens to knock out all of the fans when EC3 takes the microphone from him.

He says that his aunt was viciously driven through a table and all the fans can do is cheer. He says that he is here for one reason to demand the immediate termination of Bully Ray from TNA. EC3 says he will not leave the ring until Bully Ray is fired.

Kurt Angle interrupts EC3 and calls Spud a “twerp.” He says this isn’t Nashville, TN so the Carter’s don’t run anything here. Angle says the fans can chant whatever they want at EC3 and it is his job to provide the best wrestling show possible. Angle says that EC3 is wasting his and the fans time. He tells EC3 that he is either going to wrestle tonight or get the hell out of the ring. EC3 says that last week he spilled blood in that ring so he isn’t wrestling this week and neither are Rhino or Spud. He says that if he doesn’t fire Bully right now they are going to have a problem. Angle says he gave EC3 two options: wrestle or get the hell out, but EC3 says he isn’t going anywhere. Angle says it is obvious that he isn’t scarring EC3 but he knows a few people that will. Angle calls out a couple of cops to escort EC3, Rhino, and Spud out of the ring. Spud says that he isn’t taking any orders from “no Dunkin Donuts eating cops” and then he says that his British passport gives him Diplomatic Immunity. Spud actually pokes the cops a couple times which results in them taking Spud down and putting Rhino and EC3 in handcuffs as well. EC3 claims to know a bunch of NYC rich guys and even attempts to bribe the cops.

In the back Sam Shaw and Gunner talk about the deal with Mr. Anderson. Gunner says his issues with Anderson are going to get settled in the ring. Shaw thinks the problems between Gunner and Anderson are his fault but Gunner tries to reassure him that it isn’t his fault.

More footage of EC3 and company being dragged out of the arena is shown.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

EC3 is still trying to bribe the cops in the back but a cop tells them that he hopes they like central booking as they are dragged to the cop cars.

Mr. Anderson vs. Gunner

The fans couldn’t care less about this match. Anderson and Gunner shove each other and then Anderson puts Gunner in a side headlock. Gunner shoves Anderson into the ropes but eats a shoulder block anyway. Anderson hits the ropes again but Gunner runs him over this time. They lockup again and Anderson gets Gunner in a waistlock, but Gunner reverses it and takes Anderson down. Gunner puts Anderson in a front facelock but Anderson counters into a hammerlock. Anderson slams his knee into the arm of Gunner and then as Gunner fights up to his feet Anderson transitions into a side headlock. Gunner manages to lift Anderson up into a Back Suplex for a one count. Anderson fights back with a series of nasty forearms but Gunner just shrugs them off as the fans start singing Adam Rose’s theme song. I told you they don’t care about this match. Gunner answers with some strikes of his own and then they begin exchanging punches. The fans are now doing a soccer chant as Samuel Shaw runs out to try and smooth things over between Gunner and Anderson but Anderson decks Shaw. Shaw tackles Anderson and starts punching the hell out of him.

Winner: Anderson via DQ

Backstage Angelina Love approaches Velvet Sky and makes sure that they are okay because Gail was trying to drive a wedge between them. Velvet says they don’t have any issues and says that ONE of them will walk out the Knockouts Champion tonight and walks away. Angelina didn’t look to enthused by that comment.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

TNA shows a series of tweets from various wrestlers about Dixie going through a table. They even show a tweet from Jim Ross as well, I’m sure Vince McMahon just loves that.

Footage of Bully Ray and the rest of the locker room celebrating after Impact went off the air over the prone body of Dixie is shown. Tenay claims that Dixie has injured vertebrae and ribs and he says that he will have an exclusive sit down interview with Dixie.

TNA Knockouts Championship
Fatal 4-Way Match
Angelina Love vs. Gail Kim (c) vs. Velvet Sky vs. Taryn Terrell

Angelina and Velvet come out together. Tenay points out that Terrell is the only Knockout in this match to never hold the Knockouts Title. Gail squares off with Velvet while Terrell squares off with Angelina at the bell. Gail beats on Velvet in the corner and then hits the ropes but Angelina intercepts her lifting her in the air as Velvet runs over. BP hit a Sidewalk Slam/Neckbreaker combo. Gail rolls to the floor and BP double team Terrell. They whip Terrell into the corner and then Velvet hits a running clothesline on her followed by a Running Forearm from Angelina. Angelina holds Terrell so Velvet can hit her but Gail trips Velvet and pulls out to the floor where she slams Velvet into the apron. Terrell then tosses Angelina out to the floor but Angelina pulls her out with her and slams her into the apron. Gail hits a series of knees and elbows on BP and then slams their heads into each other. Gail climbs up on the apron and dives off with a Plancha onto both Angelina & Velvet! Terrell climbs up top and hits an even bigger Plancha on all three of the knockouts! Terrell rolls Angelina into the ring and covers her for a nearfall as a massive “better than Divas” chant starts up. Terrell attempts a Cutter on Angelina but she shoves Terrell into the ropes and attempts a clothesline. Terrell ducks that clothesline and hits a series of clotheslines of her own. Terrell hits a Rolling Neckbreaker on Angelina for another nearfall before Gail breaks up the pin. Gail goes for Eat Defeat on Angelina but Angelina blocks it and hits Lights Out! 1…2…NO Gail kicks out and Velvet immediately covers Gail for a nearfall of her own! Angelina argues with Velvet over her attempting to get a pin until Terrell shoves Velvet into Angelina and rolls Velvet up! 1…2…NO Angelina breaks it up and hits a DDT on Terrell! 1…2…NO Velvet pulls Angelina off of Terrell and covers her herself! 1…2…NO Angelina pulls Velvet off and they begin arguing. Gail nails both of them with elbows and shoves Velvet into the corner. Gail shoves Angelina in another corner and hits a Flying Clothesline on Velvet in one corner followed by a Monkey Flip attempt on Angelina, but Angelina shoves the hell out of her and Velvet goes for In Yo Face on Gail! Angelina stops Velvet and shoves her! They begin shoving each other but Terrell clotheslines them both and Gail hits Eat Defeat on Velvet! 1…2…3!

Winner & STILL TNA Knockouts Champion: Gail Kim via pinfall (Eat Defeat)

In the back The Franchise Players get ready for their match tonight. MVP says he doesn’t care about what happened to Dixie and Kenny King says she is rich so she will be okay. He says they are going to make punks out of Aries, Young, and Roode. MPV is very visibly limping.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

6-Man Tag Team Match
The Franchise Players (MVP, Kenny King, & Lashley) vs. “Showtime” Eric Young, “The IT Factor” Bobby Roode, & “A-Double” Austin Aries

Roode and Lashley look to start the match off but King quickly blindsides Roode and starts beating on him. He tells Lashley that he’s got it and whips Roode into the corner. King charges at Roode but eats a clothesline followed by a second one and then Roode goes for the Crossface, but King quickly escapes to the ropes. Roode picks him up and hits an Atomic Drop as he tags in Aries. Roode catapults King into a Forearm Smash by Aries from the apron followed by a Slingshot Corkscrew Elbow over the top! Roode and Aries had a flashback to their Dirty Heels tag team days there. Aries covers King for a nearfall and slams King into the boot of Roode before tagging Roode back in the match. Aries holds King as Roode puts the boots to him. Roode lights King up in the corner and stomps him down before tagging EY into the match for the first time. Roode and EY, also former tag champs together, whip King into the ropes and connect with a Double Back Elbow. EY covers King for a nearfall and then tosses King into the turnbuckles. EY attempts to whip King into the opposite corner but King reverses it and charges at EY. EY floats up and over King only to eat a nasty leg kick from King. MVP tags into the match for the first time and connects with a series of jabs by MVP. When EY fights back MVP quickly tags Lashley into the match who gets in EY’s face. EY punches Lashley and they begin exchanging strikes until Lashley hits a back kick to the gut. Lashley whips EY into the ropes and attempts a clothesline but EY ducks and then attempts the Piledriver! Lashley counters with a backdrop and then goes for a Spear but EY ducks down and Lashley goes flying through the ropes! EY hits Flying Dropkick through the ropes onto Lashley on the floor and then Aries and Roode knock King and MVP off the apron! Aries hits the Savage Flying Axe Handle onto Lashley on the floor before tossing Lashley back in the ring. EY attempts to whip Lashley into the corner but Lashley reverses it only for EY to flip over the ropes to the apron. Lashley charges at EY but walks into a big right hand from EY. EY climbs up top but King shoves him off and crotches him on the top rope! Lashley hits a Neckbreaker on EY and tags MVP back into the match. MVP taunts EY slapping him repeatedly before laying in right hands followed by a series of nearfalls. King tags into the match and beats on EY for a second before tagging Lashley right back into the match. Lashley puts EY in the corner and hits a big forearm as MVP and King held him. Lashley taunts Roode and then grabs EY by the leg but EY kicks him off and tags Aries into the match! Another promo video for the soon to be debuting wrestling is shown. So far H, V, and K have been revealed. It’s not hard to figure out it will spell out “Havok.”

Davey Richards says that time is over now and now is the time for them to start making their legacy. He says all of the iconic tag teams like Hardy Boyz, Beer Money, 3D, etc. are icons in tag team wrestling. Eddie says that they have already beaten the Hardyz and now 3D and the Hardyz face each other once again. He says that will give 3D a title shot any time, any place. Davey says that where there was once a fan there are now two hunters so anytime those belts begin, let the hunt begin!

Abyss comes out to the ring holding his ribs after the violent Monsters Ball Match with Bram last week. Abyss says that Bram has something that belongs to him and he needs to get out here right now. Bram comes out along with Magnus carrying Janice.

Bram says that Janice is all his and he has beaten Abyss twice now with Janice. Bram says that Janice “does it” for him and he says that everytime he drives Janice into Abyss’ chest it drives him wild. He says Abyss isn’t getting Janice back but Abyss asks Bram if he wants to get really extreme. Bram says he’d love to get extreme and Abyss asks the fans if they want to get extreme which obviously gets a pop from the NYC crowd. Abyss challenges Bram to one more match, Stairway to Janice! Abyss says that he is going to climb the ladder and get his “girl” back before shredding Bram to bits with Janice! Bram accepts the challenge and gets in Abyss’ face! Magnus pulls them apart and then he says it shouldn’t come as a surprise that a “big ugly Muppet” like Abyss would take a bit of wood with nails sticking out of it and think it is his girlfriend. Magnus says even that girlfriend has screwed Abyss over twice which is probably the only time Abyss’ whole life he’s ever been screwed. Abyss attacks Bram and Magnus and tosses Bram over the top. Abyss grabs Janice and points to Magnus but Bram clips Abyss’ knees and takes Janice and bails with her. Abyss says that during Stairway to Janice he will show just what a bitch his girl can be!
