Impact opens up with highlights from last week and then earlier today both Roode and EY are shown arriving to the arena separately.

Bobby Lashley comes down to the ring along with MVP and Kenny King. MVP says that Lashley is the World Champion and he will soon be the Bellator Heavyweight Champion as well. MVP says there is not a many in the entire city or even planet that is tougher than Lashley. Before anything else can be said Samoa Joe’s music interrupts them!

Joe comes out and gets in the ring with no fear as Lashley stares him down. Joe gets in Lashley’s face and holds up the X-Division Title but Lashley does not budge. A massive “Joe’s gonna kill you chant” breaks out as Joe paces back and forth. Joe says that he is impressed with MVP’s ability to be a hypeman now a days rather than the main act. He says that Lashley has decimated a lot of competition to get where he is and he is a “specimen,” but he takes reservation with MVP saying that Lashley is the toughest man on the planet. Joe says Lashley is not the toughest man on the planet, in the city, or even in the ring right now. Joe gets in Lashley’s face again and challenges Lashley to a match TONIGHT! Joe says they can push the belts aside for a night and see who the toughest really is.

King takes the microphone away from MVP and says that Joe must be breathing in the fumes from all the “fire dancing you people do” because he can’t beat Lashley! Joe decks King and then MVP and Lashley jump on Joe! The Franchise Players beat Joe down in the corner but then security rushes the ring and pulls them away. Lashley says that if Joe wants to fight then he has his fight tonight as MVP tells Joe to prepare to die!

A “warning” message flashes across the screen and says that Havok will arrive tonight.

A vignette hyping up Gail Kim vs. Taryn Terrell airs. Footage of their classics in 2013 are shown.

TNA Knockouts Championship
Gail Kim (c) vs. Taryn Terrell

This is the rubber match between these two knockouts having faced off in the past in a Last Knockouts Standing and a Ladder Match last year. They split the matches and then Terrell had to take a leave of absence due to Terrell getting pregnant. They began to pick the feud up earlier this year after Terrell’s return but the Beautiful People interrupted it.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

The crowd lost it after that spot and began chanting “better than divas.” A slow motion replay really showed how stiff that spot was for both girls. As they are almost both counted out Gail rolls back into the ring followed shortly after by Terrell. Gail hits Eat Defeat in the ring, 1…2…NO Terrell kicks out! Gail can’t believe Terrell kicked out and begins hitting her with a series of forearms. After the match Gail offers a handshake to Terrell which she accepts and then they hug. Terrell raises Gail’s arm but then some new music interrupts them. A woman wearing a gas mask and a cape looking like a super villain straight out of a comic book arrives through the tunnel. She takes her cape off and climbs in the ring. This is the “Havok” that TNA has been hyping for weeks, for you Indy fans out there that would be Jessicka Havok. Havok clotheslines both Gail and Terrell and then hits the Demon Drop (Kryptonite Krunch) on Terrell! Gail tries to fight back but Havok Chokeslams the absolute hell out of her! Bro-Mans are at a club talking about their “Bro-Off” and the knockout that both Jessie and Robbie are going after. Robbie claims Jesse “stole” the Knockout from him and Robbie refuses to acknowledge who the girl is. Jesse says she just texted him and Robbie starts to freak out.

EC3 comes out to the ring with Rockstar Spud as footage of EC3’s attack on Rhino last week is shown. EC3 says that he is sick of everyone from the “mutants of the Manhattan Center” to every single man and woman in the back that has derived some sort of pleasure from Aunt Dixie going through a table. EC3 says that they cheered at an innocent woman getting her back broken by a lunatic. He calls his aunt a saint and charitable but the Carter charity ends now. He says the first victim was Rhino and he will continue to dish out beating after beating to Rhino and those that are accountable for what happened to Dixie. He says that he will continue these beatings until his list of demands have been met. EC3 demands that Bully be fired, the words “hardcore” and “extreme” be banned from TNA because he is sick of living in the past, and he demands that he be shown the respect he deserves. EC3 says he doesn’t want to hear the “you can’t wrestle” chant anymore which of course causes the fans to break out in that chant. They start chanting “CM Punk” and EC3 says that he would love to beat him too. EC3 says his reign of violence will continue because he is a Carter and the world needs him.

Rhino jumps the guardrail and literally throws Spud across the ring before going after EC3! Rhino sets up for a Gore but Spud pulls him out of the ring and they retreat! Gunner knocks Magnus off the apron and then dives off top with a Flying Knee, but Bram avoids it and as Gunner comes down he immediately grabs his knee and sells it like he injured it on the fall. Bram takes the knee out from under Gunner and then rolls him up for the pin.

Winners: Bram & Magnus via pinfall (rollup)

Shaw freaks out about Gunner’s injured knee but Gunner was pissed that Shaw didn’t break up the pin. Shaw even goes after the referee but Gunner screams at him to chill out.

Roode is shown getting ready backstage when MVP walks up and asks if Roode thinks EY will give him a fair fight tonight. MVP asks Roode if he really thinks EY won’t cheat to win tonight and MVP reminds Roode that he used to treat EY like crap and he just talked to EY and he hasn’t forgotten how Roode treated him because some things you can’t forget.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Bro-Mans are still talking about the Knockout they are going after. Velvet Sky walks in and Jesse says he didn’t match up with her but Robbie says he did. Angelina then walks in and Jessie says he matched up with her. Angelina and Velvet flirt with the Bro-Mans as DJ Z looks on. Angelina says there is no need for them to compete against each other because there are two of them and she says as long as they keep BP happy they will keep Bro-Mans happy.
