WBTV.com is reporting that current WWE United States Champion Jeff Hardy plead guilty Monday to driving while impaired in Cabarrus County, North Carolina back in March.

Hardy was given a 120-day suspended sentence, fined $300 for court costs and ordered to complete an assessment, take a treatment class and turn over his driver’s license.

WBTV indicates the police report shows Hardy had registered a .25 blood alcohol content on a breath test that he submitted at the Cabarrus County Detention Center.

According to the arrest report, Hardy ran himself off the roadway of Concord Parkway and struck 105 feet of guardrail before he spun out and stopped in the middle lane causing an estimated  $8,000 damage to his 2016 Cadillac and $5,000 in damage to the guardrail.

Jeff Hardy is scheduled to face off against Shinsuke Nakamura on Smackdown Live tomorrow night from Memphis, TN at the FedEx Forum.  There is no word as of this report to what implications Hardy’s plea will have or if he will be punished by WWE as the company has yet to make an official comment or statement regarding his guilty plea.
