A video package runs hyping the two “Money in the Bank” Ladder matches to earn shots at the WWE Championship and WWE World Heavyweight Championship including the return of Rob Van Dam. John Cena defending the WWE Championship against Mark Henry is also highlighted.

A graphic opening hits welcoming us to WWE Money in the Bank. We go live to Philadephia where a huge display of pyro goes off. Michael Cole is the first to welcome us to the show. We are sold out tonight at the Wells Fargo Center.

Already in the ring is Fandango and WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship “Money in the Bank” Ladder Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Fandango vs. Jack Swagger vs. Antonio Cesaro vs. Damien Sandow vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Wade Barrett

The match kicks off with Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger going after Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Ladder is setup early by Swagger and Dean Ambrose is in to pull him down. Barrett with a big kick to Ambrose sending him flying back into the ladder. Fandango is in connecting with a springboard leg drop over a ladder on Barrett. Sandow pulls Fandango off a ladder and then launches him face first back into it. Another ladder is propped up in the corner and Sandow with a big suplex on Fandango over the ladder. Barrett pulls off a piece of a ladder on the outside and cracks it over the back and body of Sandow back in the ring. Barrett and Ambrose are up top. Barrett jumps off and Cesaro catches him with a huge uppercut. Ambrose then jumps off and catches Swagger with a big DDT. Ambrose cuts off Cesaro when he starts climbing up the ladder. Cesaro has a sleeper applied on Ambrose. Ambrose is kicking his legs and then falls off. Rhodes then jumps up to cut off Cesaro. Cesaro with kicks to Rhodes. Rhodes fights back hooking Cesaro and dropping him back over the ladder propped up in the corner with a modified Muscle Buster! Barrett is back in and gives Rhodes a scoop slam over a ladder. On the outside, Swagger catapults Sandow into the same ladder that was out under the bottom rope. Swagger cuts off Barrett when he sets up a ladder and climbs it.

Swagger knocks Barrett off the ladder. Barrett loads up his elbow, jumps back up and cracks Swagger. Swagger falls off and Barrett reaches for the briefcase. Fandango jumps up cutting off Barrett. Fandango with a sunset flip on Barrett off the ladder to the mat below! Fandango is back up and climbing the ladder when Ambrose cuts him off and connects with his headlock finisher. Ambrose is climbing up. Cesaro folds up the ladder, Ambrose hangs on, Swagger pulls Ambrose off, Ambrose grabs the ladder, hits Cesaro, hits Swagger, hits Rhodes, Swagger and Cesaro lift up Ambrose still being held up by his neck in the ladder, Ambrose then pulls himself up to the top of the ladder with Swagger and Cesaro still holding it and they dump Ambrose over the top rope. Swagger when puts Cesaro on his shoulders and starts walking Cesaro over to the middle of the ring under the briefcase. Rhodes with a huge dropkick to the knees of Swagger and Cesaro goes flying. Rhodes with Cross Rhodes on Fandango. Rhodes with Cross Rhodes on Barrett. Rhodes grabs a tall ladder and sets it up under the briefcase. Ambrose is now in to cut him off as they exchange right hands. Rhodes is busted open as he tosses Ambrose off the ladder. The Shield (Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins) hit the ring. Rhodes fights them off. Rhodes reaches up and now The Shield gets the better of him.

Fandango takes a big spear from Reigns as they clear the ring. Rhodes is still down near the ladder. Ambrose is now climbing towards the ladder when The Usos hit the ring. Tons of brawling at ringside with The Shield, The Usos and other wrestlers in the match. Ambrose is now up top the big ladder when Rhodes pushes it over. Ambrose falls off the ladder and crashes over everyone at ringside. Rhodes is now climbing up the ladder when Sandow shows up. Sandow tosses Rhodes off the ladder, climbs up and gets the briefcase.

Winner: Damien Sandow

After the match, we see a shot of a WWE medical official attending to the cut Cody Rhodes suffered during the match. Damien Sandow leaves the ring and celebrates holding up the briefcase as we see a shot of Rhodes looking on. We then see highlights from the match including the finish of Sandow tossing Rhodes off the ladder.

Brad Maddox is on his way out to the ring, the new General Manager of Monday Night RAW. Maddox talked about putting Vickie Guerrero on the pre-show and post-show Money in the Bank panel. He calls for a spotlight and thanks her all of her contributions. Maddox then introduces a video package dedciated to Vickie Guerrero and her time with WWE.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Curtis Axel (c) w/ Paul Heyman vs. The Miz

The Miz with some quick offense on Curtis Axel early on and Axel bails. Miz with a dropkick through the ropes over Axel and then catches Axel with a sledgehammer off the ring apron. The Miz starts arguing with Paul Heyman at ringside. Miz presents Heyman hit him and the referee sends Heyman to the back. A loud “WE WANT HEYMAN” chant starts up. Axel takes the back of Miz and gets in a quick back suplex. Miz counters another back suplex and Axel connects with the corner. Miz with some big left hands and catches Axel with a big boot. Miz messes with the crowd getting a mixed reaction and connects with his corner sitting clothesline. Miz takes the back of Axel, Axel counters out, connects with a kick to the gut, Miz counters a Perfect Plex and Axel counters a Figure Four attempt. Axel connects with a Perfect Plex on a second attempt resulting in a two count. Miz drops the leg/knee of Axel over his shoulder and then immediately gets the Figure Four applied. Axel is screaming in pain throwing his arms in the air. Axel is trying to turn it over and Miz pulls back applying more pressure. Axel gets Miz turned over and now Miz is screaming in pain. Miz teases he may tap out. Miz lifts himself up and then gets Axel turned back over. Axel pulls himself over to the ropes and gets the bottom rope to break the submission. Axel rolls out of the ring.

The referee starts the count. JBL talks about Axel being smart to take advantage of the break with the 10 count from the referee. Miz bails from the ring and starts chasing Axel. Axel jumps back in, kicks Miz in the face, Miz falls face first into the ropes, Axel kicks the ropes, Miz holds his jaw and Axel forces the head of Miz hard down into the mat in a modified reverse neckbreaker. Axel gets the pinfall.

Winner and still WWE Intercontinental Champion: Curtis Axel

After the match, we see highlights including The Miz clapping his hands at ringside to pretend Paul Heyman slapped him to get him kicked out and the finish with Axel retaining his title.

WWE Divas Championship
AJ Lee (c) w/ Big E Langston vs. Kaitlyn w/ Layla

Kaitlyn tosses AJ Lee out of the ring early getting in a few kicks to the body. AJ with a counter sending Kaitlyn shoulder first into the steel ring post. AJ slides back in as the referee continues his count. AJ grabs the arm of Kaitlyn and pulls it into the steel ring post. AJ tosses Kaitlyn back in the ring and gets a two count. AJ puts pressure on the left arm of Kaitlyn keeping her grounded. AJ takes the back of Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn counters with a big back breaker. Kaitlyn with a big jumping shoulder block and a quick inverted DDT on AJ. AJ with a big slap. Kaitlyn responds with a quick clothesline that levels AJ. AJ goes back to work on the arm of Kaitlyn. AJ climbs up to the top turnbuckle, Kaitlyn is up, pushes her off, Big E catches AJ and rolls her back in the ring. AJ with a small package for a two count when Kaitlyn gets back in. Kaitlyn then takes out AJ with a big spear, but grabs her wrist in pain. AJ then gets the Black Widow applied working over the bad arm of Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn falls to her knees and now to her chest. Kaitlyn taps out.

We go to the Money in the Bank panel discussing the show so far tonight.

Chris Jericho vs. Ryback

Lock up and Ryback pushes Chris Jericho away with force. Another lock up and Ryback again pushes Jericho away. Jericho comes back with some big elbows. Ryback quickly recovers getting in a few forearm shots to the back and right hands. Ryback with shoulder shots to Jericho in the corner. Jericho with chops. Jericho hits the ropes and Ryback bails. Ryback teases returning to the ring and then leaves again. Jericho goes out and grabs Ryback tossing him back in the ring. Jericho with a big forearm and some big right hands. Jericho with more big chops to Ryback this time in the corner. Ryback responds with an explosive clothesline. Ryback drops the jaw/neck of Jericho off the top rope when Jericho attempted a springboard dropkick. Ryback drops knees to the body of Jericho and gets a headlock applied to keep the action grounded. Ryback goes to the second rope and connects with a quick body splash resulting in a two count. Lawler added, “That’s like a huge tree falling on you.” Jericho with a quick roll up, Ryback powers out and follows with a clothesline. Jericho recovers on the ring apron and Ryback connects with a big lariat that sends Jericho flying into the announce table area. Back in the ring, Ryback plants his boot over the head of Jericho applying pressure. Ryback tosses Jericho by the head from one side of the ring to the other.

Jericho with a quick suplex into a bridge for a two count on Ryback. Jericho with a counter getting off the shoulders of Ryback and attempts a Walls of Jericho. Ryback rolls through, but takes a big boot from Jericho near the corner. Ryback tosses Jericho over the top rope. Jericho lands on the ring apron, jumps off the top turnbuckle, Ryback catches him and connects with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Ryback is slapping his head and backing up near the corner. Ryback charges in and takes out Jericho with a big clothesline. Ryback screams, “Finish…it!” Ryback grabs Jericho, gets him up on his shoulders, Jericho counters off, attempts a Codebreaker, but Ryback holds on and plants Jericho back on the mat in a modified powerbomb. Ryback then lifts Jericho off the mat and slams him down with another powerbomb. Ryback with a cover and Jericho kicks out after two. Jericho clips the bad knee of Ryback from the corner. Jericho with a kick to the back of the head. Ryback is on the outside and the referee starts the count when he takes a Codebreaker from Jericho. Ryback barely returns at 9. Jericho is back on the attack going up to the top turnbuckle, jumps and catches Ryback with a big cross body for a two count.

Ryback has Jericho up in a press slam, drops Jericho to his shoulders, goes for the Shell Shocked and Jericho counters in the air with a big DDT planting Ryback. Jericho covers Ryback and gets another close two count. Jericho with big right hands to Ryback. Jericho has Ryback down, goes for a Lionsault, Ryback moves, Jericho lands on his feet and Ryback rolls up Jericho to get the pinfall.

Winner: Ryback

A video package airs highlighting the grand opening of the WWE Performance Center this week in Orlando, Florida with a tour from Triple H.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler

Lilian Garcia handled the ring introductions for the champion Alberto Del Rio and challenger Dolph Ziggler. Big reaction for Ziggler during his entrance tonight in Philadelphia. Del Rio with a quick shoulder block that drops Ziggler early on. Ziggler responds with a big dropkick that levels Del Rio as well. Del Rio catches Ziggler with a big kick to the back of the head and then tosses him shoulder first into the padded ring barricade on the outside. The referee starts the count. Del Rio tosses Ziggler back in and applies a headlock to slow things down. Ziggler fights out and connects with another dropkick. Ziggler goes for a big splash in the corner and Del Rio moves. Del Rio gets Ziggler wrapped up in the ropes and starts throw tons of forearm shots to the lower back. Del Rio with a shot to the back of Ziggler’s head to finish it off. Cole talks about the serious concussion Ziggler suffered on commentary after Ziggler takes repeated blows to the head. Del Rio hits the ropes, Ziggler ducks and Del Rio crashes through the ropes to the outside. The referee starts the count. He reaches six and is up on the ring apron. Del Rio goes to the top turnbuckle and Ziggler connects with a facebuster off the top turnbuckle. Ziggler with a cover and Del Rio kicks out after two. Ziggler with big right hands backing Del Rio to the corner. Del Rio hits the corner with force hitting the post.

Ziggler drops Del Rio with a quick neckbreaker. Del Rio counters a Fameasser attempt by Ziggler into a german suplex with a bridge resulting in a close two count. Del Rio with shoulder shots to Ziggler in the corner. Ziggler avoids a kick to the head and connects with a big Fameasser on Del Rio. Ziggler covers and gets another close two count. Del Rio is up on the top turnbuckle, jumps off and Ziggler catches him in mid air with another big dropkick. AJ Lee’s music hits. AJ starts skipping around the ring as Ziggler sits up asking what she is doing out here. Ziggler yells at AJ, “Get out! I got this. Get out of here!” Ziggler hooks the head of Del Rio, Del Rio counters, lifts up Ziggler and Ziggler comes back down with a big DDT. Ziggler gets another two count as AJ looks on. Del Rio crotches Ziggler when he starts climbing up to the top turnbuckle. Del Rio with forearm shots to the back of Ziggler. Del Rio hooks the head of Ziggler and pulls back connect with a modified inverted DDT off the top turnbuckle. Loud chant for Ziggler starts up in Philadelphia. Del Rio is calling for the armbar. Ziggler counters, Del Rio lifts up Ziggler and Ziggler crashes on the mat. Del Rio connects with a big superkick, hooks the leg and Ziggler kicks out barely after two. Del Rio starts arguing with the referee over the count. Del Rio is frustrated as he exposes his knee brace nearby.

As Ziggler recovers, AJ jumps in the ring and clocks Del Rio with the WWE Divas Championship as Ziggler was just starting to jump up to connect with the Zig Zag. Ziggler can’t believe it as the referee calls for the bell.

Winner via DQ and still WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Alberto Del Rio

After the match, Alberto Del Rio recovers and holds up the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the corner. Dolph Ziggler argues with AJ Lee saying he didn’t need her help. The crowd in Philadelphia chants “YOU SCREWED ZIGGLER” as Ziggler heads to the back and we see a shot of an upset AJ inside the ring.

WWE Championship
John Cena (c) vs. Mark Henry

Justin Roberts handled the ring introductions for the champion John Cena and challenger Mark Henry. Another big reaction for Henry in Philadelphia tonight. Cena with the usual mixed reaction. Henry with a huge headbutt that levels Cena early. Henry with a second headbutt that sends Cena to the corner. Henry with a corner splash, cover and a two count on Cena. Another headbutt by Henry. This time Cena falls back and falls out of the ring. On the outside, Henry lifts up Cena in the air and drops him ribs first over the steel ring steps. Henry tosses Cena back in the ring, hooks the leg and gets another two count. Henry is getting frustrated each time Cena kicks out. Cena with rights, dropkick, Henry stays on his feet and Henry levels Cena again. Henry picks up Cena, swings him around the ring and tosses him out through the ropes. Henry works over Cena on the outside and tosses him back in the ring. Henry looks at the crowd and screams, “That’s what I do!” Cena avoids a splash from Henry in the corner. Cena tries to pick up Henry for a scoop slam, but Henry is too heavy and Cena falls back. Henry covers and gets another two count. Cena fights to his feet, lands a body kick, throws right hands to Henry, connects with a shoulder block, Henry stays up, Cena with a flying shoulder block and this time Henry is taken off of his feet.

Cena with a side suplex on Henry barely getting him up. Cena connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena tries to get Henry up for the AA and buckles to the mat due to the weight of Henry. Henry with another cover and another two count. Henry has Cena up on his shoulder. Cena counters and as he comes down he plants Henry face first trying to hook a DDT. Cena this time gets Henry up to his shoulders and connects with the AA! Cena hooks the leg…and Henry kicks out after two! Cena goes up to the top turnbuckle. Cena jumps, Henry catches him and connects with the World’s Strongest Slam! Henry hooks the leg and Cena kicks out again after two! Henry can’t believe it. Henry pulls the pad off the top turnbuckle and then leaves the ring. The referee starts repairing the pad. Henry brings steel chairs in and tells Henry that isn’t legal. The referee clears the ring of the steel chairs and exposes another turnbuckle. Cena sends Henry chest first into the exposed turnbuckle as the referee is distracted. Cena gets Henry down and gets the STF applied. Henry reaches and gets to the bottom rope. Cena keeps the STF locked in before the referee reaches the five count. Referee bump and Henry gets in a low blow. Cena falls and Henry hooks the leg. Another two count for Henry. Cena counters another World’s Strongest Slam attempt by Henry.

Cena gets Henry down and gets the STF applied yet again. Henry is getting close to the bottom rope. Cena breaks the STF, pulls Henry away from the bottom rope and locks the STF on one more time. Henry taps.

Winner and still WWE Champion: John Cena

After the match, John Cena holds up the WWE Championship belt. He hangs back waiting to see what Mark Henry was going to do next. Henry is banged up as he leaves the ring and starts heading to the back with the referee. We then see highlights of the match leading to the finish.

We see highlights of the debut of The Wyatt Family on RAW and the attack on Kane keeping him out of the All-Stars Money in the Bank Ladder match tonight.

All-Stars WWE Championship “Money in the Bank” Ladder Match
Rob Van Dam vs. Christian vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton vs. Sheamus vs. CM Punk

Big reaction for RVD in Philadelphia tonight. The bell rings and no one jumps in first. Everyone turns to RVD and go after him. RVD is dumped to the outside quickly by the other five competitors. The attention turns to Sheamus who is taken out and sent to the outside. Punk and Christian and Orton and Bryan then square off. Punk tosses Christian out and Bryan tosses Orton out. We are left with Punk and Bryan. Punk and Bryan exchange kicks to the body. Punk with huge chops to Bryan. Bryan counters an early GTS attempt. Punk counters an early No Lock attempt. Sheamus has a ladder and hits Christian with it. Orton dropkicks the ladder into Sheamus. RVD with a shoulder block to Orton. RVD with a springboard kick to Sheamus and a big kick to Punk. Another shot to Bryan. RVD monkey flips Christian out of the corner and catches RVD with another big heel kick. RVD takes in his “Rob…Van…Dam” pose with the crowd in Philadelphia. RVD press slams Christian off the ladder that was brought in. RVD then catches Bryan with a kick and connects with Rolling Thunder on Bryan over the ladder! Orton then tosses RVD out of the ring. RVD hangs on and kicks Orton in the head from the ring apron. Orton falls over a ladder. RVD goes up top and Christian catches him with a shot to the back using a ladder on the outside. RVD falls and crashes over ladders.

Christian has a very small ladder and gets in a few shots on everyone at ringside before dumping it returning to the ring. Christian sets up a bigger ladder and Sheamus pulls him off. Sheamus with shots to Christian in the corner. Christian cuts off Sheamus when he climbs the ladder. Christian counters a Celtic Cross attempt and Sheamus punches Christian through an opening in the ladder. Sheamus sets up the ladder and RVD clips it. Sheamus falls and takes a bad landing over the corner of the ladder. Sheamus gets RVD on his shoulders and executes a rolling senton on RVD over the ladder. Sheamus grabs a bigger ladder and props it over the ring apron and announce table. Sheamus grabs Bryan, brings him to the ring apron, gets him up on his shoulder, Bryan counters holding on to the top turnbuckle, knocks Sheamus off and then Bryan catches Sheamus with a flying knee to the jaw. Punk is in the ring and is setting up another ladder. Orton is in to cut him off. Orton pulls Punk off the ladder and connects with a headbutt. Christian is now in taking out Punk and hitting forearms to the back of Orton. Bryan brings in a second ladder right next to them. Bryan climbs that. Orton is climbing nearby. We now have everyone up on the two ladders. Punk grabs the briefcase and swings it far away from everyone. The ladders topple over and now everyone is down.

Sheamus with a big sledgehammer shot to Punk, RVD and backbreaker to Bryan. Another backbreaker to Orton. Sheamus has Christian over his back, hits him against the ladder and connects with White Noise. Sheamus sets up the ladder, RVD charges in, Sheamus jumps off and hits RVD in the head with the ladder. That makes a loud thud. Sheamus then levels RVD with a Brogue Kick. Sheamus is back up and Bryan is also up to cut him off. Sheamus with forearm shots to the chest of Bryan and tosses him off. Sheamus has his hands on the briefcase when Punk pulls him down. Punk with a knee to the jaw on Sheamus in the corner. Punk then places a ladder behind Sheamus and pushes it down along with Sheamus near the corner. Orton is in to cut off Punk. Orton with right hands and headbutts to Punk. Orton with a T-Bone Suplex on Punk launching him into a ladder propped up in the corner. Orton with a DDT from the middle rope on Punk. RVD is busted open at ringside. Christian with a spear to Orton. RVD is back in and appears to be cleaned up. RVD props up a ladder in the corner and connects with a twisting leg drop. RVD is climbing up a ladder when Christian cuts him off. Christian catches RVD in the eye with a kick.

Christian has the ladder setup again. RVD jumps up with him. The ladder starts to fall over and RVD jumps on another one nearby as Christian goes down. RVD stands on top of that ladder, does his RVD pose and connects with a splash jumping off the top! RVD grabs another ladder and pulls it under the briefcase. Sheamus is in to cut him off with right hands. RVD responds with right hands that sends Sheamus off the ladder. RVD is reaching when Sheamus pushes the ladder over. RVD hits the corner with force. Bryan clips the leg of Sheamus. Bryan with kicks to the chests of RVD and Sheamus repeatedly. Bryan with kicks to the heads of RVD and Sheamus as well. Bryan grabs a ladder and launches it into the gut of Orton. Bryan dropkicks the ladder into the face of Orton and then connects with a suicide dive to Punk on the outside into a series of ladders! Bryan with a double missile dropkick to RVD and Sheamus from the top turnbuckle. Bryan has a ladder and takes out Orton, RVD and Sheamus who falls from the top turnbuckle crashing through the ladder over the ring apron and announce table. Bryan sets up the ladder. Bryan climbs up when Curtis Axel hits the ring with a steel chair. Axel pulls Bryan down and cracks the chair over the back of Bryan. Axel with his modified neckbreaker on Bryan on the outside. Punk with a GTS on Axel at ringside.

Paul Heyman walks out and starts yelling at Axel who is knocked out from the GTS. Punk is back in the ring. Heyman is slapping the ring apron as a loud “CM PUNK” chant starts up. Punk is climbing the ladder as Heyman cheers him on. Punk is up on the ladder when Heyman grabs another ladder. He slams it repeatedly into the back of Punk. Heyman hits Punk with a third shot using the ladder and bails. We see a shot of Heyman heading to the back. Punk is busted open. RVD slides back in. RVD is reaching when Orton pulls him off and catches RVD with an RKO in mid air. Orton is climbing up, gets to the top, looks around to see if anyone is around, reaches up and gets the briefcase.

Winner: Randy Orton

After the match, we see a shot of Randy Orton holding the “Money in the Bank” briefcase over his head. We then see highlights of the match leading to the finish. The PPV goes off the air with Orton celebrating with his new briefcase.
